There is no reason for this article to exist on this or any site. All this person did was rip everything from the main FFXIV site as if they were "new" screenshots. Heck some of the screenies have been on the FFXIV site since it was announced at E3.
Who approved this crap?
There's so much Sony is capable of when it just comes to games and franchises. 3hours seems little when Sony's consoles are homes to the best games I've played since I was little.
Legend of Dragoon 2. Make it happen Sony!
Aren't games already for some people that much anyway? It's called DLC...Draining Lucrative Cash. They just funnel it out of you as much as they can.
I hope the game for PS3 supports voice chat between linkshell members and party members. Or you could choose who to type to and who to chat with, so I could vocally to my party and then type to my linkshell/guild. That'd be a great feature! :D
Honestly as long as they bring back Monk and make Ninja a stealthy DD this time around instead of a tank I'll be more than pleased.
I'd pay 20 bucks a month for FFXIV lol. The site links to some render shots of the new races, b...
Doesn't smell good for Magna Carta 2. I was hoping it'd be a bigger hit. Even weirder is Blood of Bahamut not doing great either as that was a title I am looking forward to on my DS.
I blame the lack of simo world wide releases on The Last Remnant. That was probably their test to see if the extra rush/money spent to get both out the door same time was beneficial. We all know the result, so that probably is helping sway their decision about this lack of world wide releases same time.
If this game fails expect the # of Square fans left to dwindle drastically in the west. All that will be left is Nomura lovers and if he ever lets gamers down well then its game o...
I'm almost 100% sure I can get used copies of these from Gamestop for way cheaper. I can also rent them for a fraction of the cost.
Explain to me why I would pay more on old games? If it's to save me a few minutes to drive somewhere to get a physical copy then you are sadly off your rocker Microsoft. Lower the prices to half of what each is going for or at least 7 bucks a piece.
Either way this option of getting games isn't for me since my Xbox 360 only has a 20GB h...
#1) I'm gay.
Obviously the worst thing you could say to your girlfriend.
I'd sue. :)
He's such a moron. Why would you raise the price that much in the region that gets shafted the MOST games wise on releases? I mean if the USA had to pay more for a copy of FF13 and then the UK had to pay even MORE for it do you think anyone would even give 2 sh*ts about your game? We'd all rent it and flip you the finger.(Yes I know Square makes Final Fantasy, but it's just an example with a much more popular world wide title)
Until the NEXT console generation starts I'm not payi...
I'm calling it right now. First amazing JRPG this generation. Say what you will on everything we've had thus far, because there are games I've heavily enjoyed, but still nothing of PS2 and PS1 era days of JRPG greatness. I am putting all my faith into this title.
I'm not surprised Japan thinks this is a perfect game on the Wii. Take into account it's the third in the series with tons of portable versions as well to get the formula right. It finally hit its peak for Japanese players. You also have to take into account the platform its made on and really without even playing it I could safely say it's probably the best game on the Wii to date for RPG junkies.
This game deserves it and I'll scoop up a copy when the western release happens so...
2009 would've been a great year for a JRPG considering there is only Magna Carta 2 and Demon's Souls for this year for next gen consoles. Demon's I've played and beaten and hopefully MG2 will not suck but who knows.
Seriously if the reason it's being held back so much is voice chat I would've much rather had it without voice chat and use my keyboard for the online like most MMO type games. Plus they could've added that later if they wanted or not at all---only big RPG guys are go...
Is it weird I never was into any of his games...ever? I mean maybe the next thing he can work on is something a bit more hardcore gamer friendly. I got a feeling he could make a great RPG game if he put his mind to it.
Let's face it. Nintendo picked a 100% different route at the start of this generation and I pray for their sake it was in order to make a ton of money in order to make their next console a bigger beast than the PS3 or someday PS4. This way with more money in the bank they can afford to sell it at a high price point, take the loss early on like Sony did, and then come back bigger and better in the end with the next Nintendo.
If they seriously came into this generation thinking of ...
Let the RROD jokes ensue! XD
I was kinda expecting more to be quite honest. It took like 14 days for DQIX to sell 3.2 million units so here's hoping MH3 can do the same or close to.
LMAO. That's the funniest thing I read all day.
The amount of turtle tactics and projectile spam I had to endure was border line hilarious. All fighting games take a certain level of skill if your opponent doesn't suck either. Even Super Smash Bros. needs skill.
I just hope Monk is as awesome as ever in this one and that Dragoon's become Lancers instead. That job got nerfed in the first year with the Penta nerf way way way back many years ago, and it took me a long while after that to come to terms with it lol. It was great having 4 DRGS and 2 healers once they learned penta because you didn't need a tank. Enemies died so fast. :P
The thing about the PS2 though is if you somehow really missed out on the games that came out as they were released while no PS3 was around, then you have to be someone who orders a lot of games off the net. I tried the other day to buy a copy of Shadow of the Collasaus from Gamestop and no dice in either of the two stores in my town.
PS2 came and went. Most of us are still holding on to ours since selling it isn't worth how much you'd get from places like Gamestop. May as well h...
