i actually love the stand by feature. I can yell from wherever and it will start up by the time I actually grab a controller
I was able to have a one on one talk with Steven a few months ago. Super nice guy, and so passionate about his work.
Does anyone know the name of the song?
I would have loved NY. I think that location has more to work with/ spoof than Boston. But then again, maybe NY would have been *too* much to try to deal with since its such a large scale game.
I mean for those who dont know a lot about Boston, not a lot pops into mind when you try to think of the city. Duckboat tours, accents, colleges, Marky Mark- Ben Affelck- Matt Damon, and the Red Sox.
There is a reason Boston is not featured heavily in games, its just n...
They just use the search engine name for the market place search. Instead of a blank search bar it has Bing on it.
Not a problem in the slightest. I find this whole article pointless though. The demos are showing up right in the main screen of the marketplace. Its not rocket science
Xbox music can stream your music. I have all the music from my PC accessible on my X1. No subscription either.
I agree on the party system though
@TheUltimateGamer
I did it like this: First I downloaded this windows 8 app ( http://apps.microsoft.com/w... ) onto my PC. It automatically synced all my music already on the comp....
@ToyboxDX .........yes, they have said external HD support will be patched in the future....whats so hard to believe about that?
Despite all the hate that it got, I feel like the latest Amnesia had a really great story for it as well.
I love that great stories are becoming the norm because they inspire and pave the way for other similar minded people to create something in the same vein.
What better way to create immersion/ help you connect with characters than making a great story that makes you want to keep playing.
They merely experimented and filled it to capacity with a little bit of everything. Its a non issue to 99% of people with an X1 atm, since no one else is actually filling it without trying.
They will more than likely patch to allow upgrades hard drives once there is actually enough stuff on the market that can be used fill it up.
I'm having an absolute blast with it. I will admit there are some small ways it can be improved (party chat and achievements akin to 360 accessibility rather than snap as an example), but they will def implement those in the future like they did with the 360 and dont necessarily hamper the experience.
The ability to snap stuff together and return home instantly, and be able to resume without a hiccup, is really cool. Again a small feature they could include is side by sid...
As a dudebro, I cant wait for this game
Man the whole series had so much potential on paper, but when everything was said and done, it was pretty subpar (just finished playing them both for $10 at Gamestop).
I did like how they used the camera in the second one though. Like I said, a lot of missed potential at least in the SP.
That was a point brought up in the most recent Deus Ex.
Just because technology can progress unhindered, should it? Just because advances can be used for good, also means it has the capabilities for bad. Their example used mans abuse of nuclear power as a comparison.
Just beacuse you can dream of all the awesome simulations were you play the hero, doesnt mean someone would want to use that to play the villain.
Great power, great responsibili...
Actual soldiers?
I mean would you truly enjoy a game where it is so realistic, you can see the life drain from the enemies eyes?
I think photo realism in war games would be terrible. You can argue, "oh but graphics are so realistic now", but the point still stands that you always understand and percieve that they are just pixels.
If we got to the point were each side of the screen is the exact same, do you think that would be psycho...
Just look at who submitted it as well...
war.
war never changes.
Will it have latency problems?
Like I know the PS4 had some lag, but since the 360 is less powerful, should it not be an issue?
Its strange. It is fun, but it doesnt have that same rush as previous iterations.
It is not that its bad; far from it. The guns sound and feel amazing, and customization in all aspects of your load out is a welcome change from previous games. You kind of have to think a little when running around. The maps are really well made, but the spawn system needs some work.
Its just feels toned down from the hectic pace of BO2 or even MW2/3. Like a shadow of its forme...
If its anything like Windows 8 (which it seems to be), those tiles will be customizable in size, amount, and grouping, and able to turn of live update thing so you are not constantly bombarded with moving images.
Man, Luigi finally got that medical degree. Plus he owns a mansion and vacuums it himself? Ladies we have a winner here
