@1.1 - It's actually a game based on a Bollywood movie that is most likely based on one or several Hollywood movies. Seriously, almost (at least 90%+) every Bollywood film is a copy of a Hollywood film.
Although, the character looks exactly like Shah Rukh Khan, so I think it actually looks pretty good, I expected worse.
Tristan Damen it seems is.
@limewax - I guess it only works that way because Sony owns the IP and now also own Sucker Punch. If they didn't own either, they would only be getting royalty fees from the developer. But yeah I agree they should price it lower, or at least they should put the download up at a premium only for a 1 week earlier than the retail release.
Well, I'm glad I didn't buy Kinect if this is their idea of "hardcore."
I think he'd be too expensive for them, they'll probably get a soundalike.
I don't think Bethesda's suit will hold up in court.
I would normally say that too, but this beta is way too close to the release of the game for it to make much difference imo. The game is out on September 6th, and the closed beta just started at the end of July. I hope they do fix some things, because I love Resistance, and am sure the single-player will be great, but I don't like that they back-tracked on some of the good ideas in R2 (I know there weren't many).
It does seem extremely sluggish when I played it, there were a few people online saying that the beta doesn't help Insomniac at all, because it makes people want to not buy the game. Though that guy was comparing R3 to Battlefield 3 (I know wtf?), I'm still getting it.
This is a better list of what it needs:
1. Towns
2. Interactable NPCs, i.e. being able to talk to them
3. Airship or some sort of free world traversal
4. Some sort of mini-game, maybe something like Triple Triad.
5. Better pacing, all fighting sucks, there needs to be points where there is no fighting.
6. More puzzles, better graphics on characters (faces look great, but the fingers on the characters were very blocky in FF13).
7...
This is the best news EVER! It means that now Sucker Punch will be able to share tech with other first party studios, and hopefully we'll see an amazing inFAMOUS 3.
Yeah, I'd like to see Fallout 4 first.
Just thought I'd link this:

It says he had a pulmonary embolism caused by sitting in the same position for hours at a time. So it kinda was because he played Xbox too much, but of course it was his own lifestyle that was the problem.
I'm actually really looking forward to the Bleach game, even though it's getting a lot of average previews, but it's coming out next month in the UK.
Wow a bigger loss than Sony, did not expect that. I would have though sales in America would have kept them afloat a little.
PS3 tends to be the lead platform for most EA games for the past few years. When they demoed stuff at E3 this year and last year, they were using PS3 controllers most of the time.
The fact that they can drop it to $169 means that it costs a hell of a lot less to make, and that they were ripping off consumers in the first place. I was thinking of buying one a few weeks ago, but changed my mind due to the lack of software, glad to see I waited.
And it's almost guaranteed that Nintendo's still making money off this price, they were just waiting until it was closer to PSVita release date and holidays to cut the price.
I prefer doing cars usually, but do one of these occasionally.
I know it's a d!ck move and all, but this is nothing to do with gaming, shouldn't be on here really.
When are these guys just going to piss off, for God's sake!
At the price, it's incredible value for money already. I mean we all expected a ridiculous price at E3, but Sony came out and announced something realistic and everyone applauded. The just need to market it right and show people that you really do get what you pay for.
