Well BG3 is really catching my eye, but I'm going to wait and see performance on PS5 first before maybe buying.

That preview video looked pretty special.

"Xbox head Phil Spencer hopes for industry-wide game preservation"

Proven hypocrite.

A reveal for a reveal...how revealing!

The series X owners say drop it, the series S owners say keep it, but which is right?
There's only one way to find out.....FIGHT!!!

It's almost like there's a timed exclusivity deal for BG3 to appear on PS5 for at least 6 months...
Signed by MS!!!

Like Bethesda...?

Be good if they could do Half-Life next.

Are they suggesting

Baldurs Gate 3 = Oppenheimer
Starfield = Barbie
?

Make a great game, and it will sell, and sell, and sell, and sell.

You just need to look at titles like Witcher 3, Zelda, RE4 (old & new), Elden Ring and you can see they have long term sales.

Kind of makes me happy that only have to wait 10 years now to see CoD off PlayStation forever if this is the way it's going...

Surely you wouldn't want to play as Nicki Minaj? I mean her ass would make a huge target!

Well in 10 years time I fully expect to see Xbox studios publishing the new Call of Duty game on PC, Nintendo and Playstation 7.

PC will have the 'Xbox store' with sub pass, that account will also be available on both console platforms.

There will be no more physical Xbox long before then, the brand will be a publisher and Cloud gaming provider.

Crystal ball now grows dark once more.

say $70 rrp a copy
Starfield 10,000,000 x 70 = $700,000,000
Indy 10,000,000 x 70 = $700,000,000
total forecasted revenue
$1,400,000,000

Now that's a big number to push aside isn't it.

Perhaps the writer is suggesting that when he's playing Starfield, he shouldn't be constantly reminded of No Man's Sky?
"Oh, this scanning is just like in No Man's Sky!"
"Oh, this mining laser is just like in No Man's Sky!"

"Oh, this loading page from landing from orbit isn't like No Man's Sky at all!"
(just put the last one there to rattle the cages a bit ;oP

Sixty percent of the time, it works every time.

995d ago 1 agree4 disagreeView comment

So by those simple numbers
21m series X/S
79m series X/S + Xbone
Therefore 58m Xbone sales!!???

So less then half of Xbone owners upgraded to Series X/S...?

Massive player base loss there, presumably they either gave up gaming, bought a PC or jumped to PlayStation.
Which the last option is interesting as I believe MS lost alot of 360 owners to the PS4 before too.
