I am having the best time of my life playing this game, the story moves quickly enough, it's not bad at all.
The fighting is so much fun. One of the best Star Ocean I have played and I want a sequel. So enough with the crappy reviews.
You can do soft MOD with the action replay cartridge and I think the memory cartridge as well.
It is such a great game on the Vita, really enjoyed playing and was glad it was available for it.
I had to burn the fan translations into CDs so I could play the 2nd and 3rd scenario and I had to mod my Saturn. The drive becomes unstable after a few years and it doesn't like unofficial CDs lol so it bugs out sometimes but I am glad I've been able to play scenario 2 in its entirety.
I, too, own PD Saga, isn't it an amazing game??? I'll never part with it :)
I still have mine and I fire it once in a while because the games are unlike any other.
While most people grew up with a ps1, I was the very proud owner of a Saturn and man did I make the right choice, for me at least.
Countless hours of excellent games, burning rangers, guardian heroes, dragon force, virtua fighter virtua cop, sega rally, Shining force 3, Panzer dragoon on rail and Saga, albert odyssey, etc...

Is God of War without Kratos, really GOW? And while we can stipulate that the franchise could've had a new hero or anti-hero, you don't usually shake off a character like Kratos especially when there's ample space to add depth to his development. I like that he returned, I like that I was able to identify him and from a marketing and overall cannon stand point, it's genius.
Not the kind of games I'd purchase. Nintendo need to have major sales like PSN and Steam...I know they are quality titles, but they'll remain untouched if they can't be affordable.
There were worse games out there at the time but it had a major blockbuster title attached to it. Called on a lot of attention and the pits and slow gameplay didn't help either.
Nope, just no. If anything Nintendo will improve on the Pokemon Go and it will have a successor on mobile. It might see an iteration on 3ds but we won't see any IP's on major consoles. They're planning to release Fire Emblem next on mobile and I must say I'm slightly interested.

Were videogames 20 to 10 years ago not sexualized? Did it impact the growth of any generation?
If anything oppression and censorship tend to have more negative effects that the idea of presenting sexuality in a video game.
I gather that our games have become closer to reality in terms of graphics but where's the study that proves that sexuality in games lead to terrible side effects on the minds of the youth or mature gamers?

I can understand some of their reasons behind it, you'd want to be able to develop an IP for a platform/publisher that wants to support it like they did for Bayonetta 2. If it weren't for Ninty backing them up, it wouldn't exist. I'll admit that the exclusivity sucks.
Let Nintendo make that money so that it funds the NX proper, if that's how it works, lol. Not sure if the mobile division can fund console development.
I love the Ys Series. I hope this one makes it to the West!
