Looks to me like they have a well stocked Friday fridge.
The next PSP is set to release in 2011. It's fully touch functional.
Is the new walkman x type a kind of dry run of the oled touch screen to be used? By 2011 it will have had a sequel or two and Sony'll be more than able to produce a large enough oled touch screen for the right price.
Unless the plan is to go aggressively after market share and now they have all those games to back it up make the profit on the royalties.
Almost postmodern there
I have a tasteless joke about entering Poland somewhere....
I'll go check behind the fridge.
The prediction is for 400 thousand for Brutal Legend and 800,000 for Dante's Inferno. Seeing as the last games from these respective studios were Psychonauts and Dead Space which were great but nobody bought these sound like reasonable estimates. However, isn't it time these guys both had a huge hit?
The challenge is to make that happen.
Wait a minute, there's panic? Well in that case. Ahem
RUN FOR YOUR LIVES THE [what's coming?]
[.....]
[you're serious?]
Sorry folks, nothig to see here. Get your coats and go away.
They tried to lure me with so much but I think this might be the thing which makes me buy a 360.
Where's my Activision give 65 million people the finger story?
Please don't take that comment too seriously.
Modern Warfare 2 timed exclusive?
Orange Box for PS3 was widely noted as being almost unplayable. If a benchmark of a reasonable level of usability could be set for a product to be released with an obligation to fix problems which make something fall below that level than it should be plausible if not easy for closed systems like consoles.
I'm sure I remember a pie chart showing how much of your money went to what at some point. There was a bit of a thing between some people with too much time on their hands saying that the difference in licensing costs would be the death of some system or other...
@kevnb Thanks, a fair guess.
So with the attach rate quoted by a random article showing NPD numbers saying it is 4.6 we can surmise that the average PS3 makes money for Sony in the US.
Just out of curiosity how many games would someone have to buy for the licensing rates to cover that loss? I know the return varies but there must be a decent average value knocking bout somewhere.
Following that what's the average attach rate per console and how much higher or lower is it that the break even attach rate?
I hate Illinois Nazis.
I would like to report the story. I think the title should be changed to...
"Uwe Boll: I am a twit"
Imagine that next to that photo.
Sorry about the typo.
It seems to me that the guarantee would prevent the publication of overly buggy software. I for one would like to stifle the creation of overly buggy software. Who's with me?
Not judging the information but why would someone who has only spoken of XBox news be affiliated with SCEE in any way?
Could it be that they are and are putting out spoiler information?
Could it be that this is an extra piece of information which makes all leaked info form them pointless?
Stay tuned Batfans.
Any chance this might hint at the beginnings of a new Blade Runner game. The PC one a few years back was awesome.
This is probably just using the engine for a bit of fun though. Shame really.
Isn't the whole based on a poem from hundreds of years ago thing something new?
