If you read the end it seems to say that they won't be picking up Brutal Legend. Comparing it to another Tim Schafer game with his last words, especially one which was a commercial failure, bodes ill for it's future being linked to EA's.

Am I missing something with the jumping? Also if you select multiplayer and don't have enough nunchucks the game crashes. Well it did for me.

Just out of curiosity did you simply pull those numbers out of your arse? If you end up being closer than Patcher will you advise him to follow this new technique? Then he could get paid to spend most of his time twiddling his thumbs. He'll eventually get bored and do some online shopping thus kick starting the economy and bringing us out of recession. The global feeling of relief this creates would cause world peace. How cool would that be?
Missed the Sierra storytelling yes. The Sierra random death from nowhere. Not so much. Lucasarts taking the mickey out of said random death was even better.
Aren't these great examples of games which could be given modern updates? I'd be happy if they would just work on a console I own. Is that too much to ask?
I'm said it before and I'll say it again. Although it's third and not first person isn't this just a poor man's Magic Carpet? Can't we get a remake/rerelease of that?
If not please tell me what I've missed about this title that puts it above or even to the side of the Bullfrog classic.
