It's a shame about Starcraft: Ghost. That was one of the titles I was looking forward to over the past 3-4 years, and looked very promising.

I've heard better reviews of the HD-DVD compared to Blu-Ray.
I've read reviews saying that movies like Terminator 2 on Blu-Ray doesn't even match the quality of the DVD version. It's apparently very misty compared to DVD. Plus, with the added space of the BluRay disc, they still had to compress the sound. Not good!
I'm waiting until there is a clear cut winner, and the price drops. $500 for a HD-DVD and $1000 for a BluRay player is might expensive.

No game at the moment uses more than 2 cores. I think the only game that uses 2 cores is Oblivion.
Gears of War, that looks amazing and every Sony fanboy is jealous off, only uses 2 cores! That leaves 1 that isn't used yet!!
Hideo of MGS fame said he could easily run MGS4 on a X360, and that looks fantastic!
Assassin's Creed was running on a X360, and was voted best game of E3 on many polls over...
Sony fanboy or not, everyone knows that the PS3 is a very very expensive piece of equipment, especially for what will be released for it when it first launches!
Remember that there will be no FF, no MGS, no Hevenely sword. Motorstorm, Warhawk and some third party stuff, that's about it!
Even when the X360 launched, there wasn't a lot of games to warrent a buy, that's the same case with the PS3, whether your a Sony boy or not.

I think a major reason why the PS3 wasn't in production earlier was because of the Blu-Ray drive.
It only got released in stand-alone form only a month ago, and then it was delayed. The movies were out before the player!
Plus, they keep changing things all the time, trying to add everything that the competition is using.

Problem that I can see happening with that menu ingame, is that when you bring it up against a white background, you won't beable to see what is going on, because the menu blends in with the game graphics (watch the video and see if you can see anything in that white bloch in the middle!
At least with the 360 dashboard it bring in a slide that overlaps the game, therefore easy viewing each time.

If the PS3 is not in production yet, there's no chance in hell that they are going to hit 2 million consoles by the end of December!

Who was Peter Jackson before Lord of the Rings. A B-Movie Horror director who made crappy (but fun) looking gore movies. Then he made a period drama and The Frighteners which was ok but nothing spectacular.
