Although I wouldn't call myself a fan, I was disappointed with MS. The completly screwed over there hardcore fanbase to cater for the casual family gamer by copying the Wii.
Sony's was an ok conference, some good game footage, but like Microsoft showed way to much of there motion controller.

up to this point, just before the Sony conference, Nintendo has had the best Keynote.
MS messed it all up in thier keynote by forgetting the main audience that X360 caters for which are the hardcore gamers, and instead went all family orientated with Kinect..big huge mistake.
Nintendo on the other hand, although still not aimed at the core gamer apart from maybe GoldenEye and Metroid, brought back a lot of sequels to games we use to play when we owned NES...
I own all the consoles, but a majority of games that I buy are for the Xbox 360, so I was looking forward to the Keynote this year.....and I was really gutted! It was absolute pants, compariable to Nintendo's keynote last year.
A few hardcore games (MGS, GOW3, Halo Reach, Fable 3, COD Black Ops), and then it's all about Kinect and a load of Wii rip off titles.

When Guitar Hero 2 on the X360 came out, I totally loved it for it originality.
Then Rock Band came out and offered DLC, better gameplay mechanics with the Band Experience.
Now after 5 Guitar Hero Games plus numerous spin-offs (Metallica, Band Hero etc), and 2 Rock Band games plus Beatles, I'm getting totally bored.
They offer nothing new at all that couldn't be done with DLC or an update.
When will Activision...
for me Halo 2 was the first major MP game that I played, and hearing that Halo 2 is now officially no more brought a small tear to me eye.
Thanks to Bungie and MS for many years of fun with Halo 2. Somehow though I don't think Halo 3 or Reach will be remembered in the same way.

This short movie puts to shame the previous 2 movies tenfold.
Loved the look and style, the fighting sequences were very well done, and even though these guys were on a short budget, the effects were great as well.
I can't wait for the next movie (I think there is 1 more coming after the teaser trailer released), but Capcom need to sign these guys up and get something signed for a series if not a movie.

I've checked the Marketplace, and the Multiplayer Free Roam trailer is already on the Marketplace. I'm downloading it now.
I'll just download it again on the 26th just to be safe.
The Diarama looks superb, and the books etc included look great.
Not too bothered about the flaming head though..it will probably make you a easier target.
I'd too love to see a Medievil and Primal sequal.
Medievil is definatly a possibility as it did quite well on the PS1, but Primal didn't do too well on the PS2 so the chances on that one are slim......weirder things have happened though.
to the Phoenix Wright games on the DS.
I like the graphic direction of it all, but I'm not sure if it will actually work or not. Should be interesting when it get's released.

Something pretty unique, and after a hard day's fight in Halo: Reach's MP, a little bit of Halo Chess would go down a treat.
I hope that Bungie, or more than likely someone in the public that can use Forge really well, recreates this for the game when launched at the end of the year!

I rented this game out when I first got my PS3, and I thought it was a great game.
The only downside to the game was that it was a little short, but as the developers said, the install base of the PS3 was not that big compared to the X360 at the time it was released.
Shame overall, but hopefully the studio will develop a sequal or a new IP, and hopefully get a bit of a profit from it all.
It's amazing how much time and effort that people take to make some of these costumes.
The guy that did the Bioshock costume did the little sister costume from Bioshock 2 from just looking at a little 6" figure, and it looks amazing (take a look on Youtube for the vid).
Out of those pics though, the Metroid and Gears of War are the ones that impress me.
Uncharted 2 was a little bit of a disappointment, and although the Half Life 2 was impress...
