Dude its a good game regardless. Why does it bother you so much that they bring up it being on another platform? As long as people get to play the game why does it matter so much to you what platform they know they can get it on?

All Wii remotes now come with Motion plus built in so its only an issue if your Wii remotes are more than 2 or 3 years old or something like that. I'm not sure when they made the change honestly.
Still it is a good question because there are 50 million Wii owners who dont have it built in and might not own the add on at all.
I could understand if the games werent selling but I bet Mario alone has sold over 100 million copies between the Wii and DS. Mario Kart. Mario Bros, etc..

Lots of older gamers still play it today. Sure new gamers come along and start playing too but its not all new gamers who support Mario.
