Dude it is not like PS3 and 360 will suddenly die out when new consoles are announced. Not every PS3/360 owner will rush out on the day the PS4/720 launches and move on. It's never happened and never will.
People are buying those consoles as we speak, why would they wait 6-7 years to buy a PS3/360 just to rush out and buy a PS4/720 at launch? That doesnt make sense at all..
I expect both 360 and PS3 to last years after their replacements release.
Well sites like N4G dont help. Go to most Nintendo articles and anyone who says anything positive about Nintendo but does not say anything negative about any other company will still not have more than 2 bubbles. Go to any Sony article and look at the blind followers who hate anything not Sony and notice how many bubbles they have.

He didnt say every game was that way, just that most are. Out of how many thousands of games on iOS are actually good? You named 3 and there should be more but not enough to say that he is wrong that the majority hasn't.
One I can think of on PC is Portal but for that one game I can name off 10 bad ones.
I didnt disagree with him but it's not always a good thing. For some games if you get them late the multiplayer is completely dead. I got war for Cybertron for a steal on Steam but tried to player multi and there were only like 40 people playing it at any point when I looked into it.
Sure prob not a bad idea for Battlefield, it'll probably be going for years but with some games if you wait you miss out because everyone else moves on.
