I think a good player will be good on a controller, but a master on KB&M. The skill ceiling is simply higher with the added precision. If that weren't the case. Epic wouldn't be taking the time the block these peripherals.

4K is not worth the amount of performance you give up IMO. If you're on PC, go for high refresh rate, Ultra-wide, or a combination of both. I have an X34 and I can't imagine going back to a 16:9 monitor.

I think this first-person concern is being blown way out of proportion. People who like the Witcher are RPG fans, first and foremost. Are RPG fans going to miss out on potentially one of the best RPGs in the last decade simply because it's not in their preferred perspective?... My guess is no, and the ones that actually answer yes to that question are few and far between IMO.

Never compared raw FPS with previous generation... I swear, Nvidia are kings at spinning bullshit. Will never forget when they showed off the 10 series and proudly boasted how cool the card runs.... But forgetting to mention v-sync was enabled and the GPU was capped at only producing 60 FPS... They INTENTIONALLY leave out information and it always comes off as scummy. So tired of misleading events and prices slowly climbing year after year simply because they can. Nvidia treat their customers...

Admittedly, I don't know how it was at launch... I just don't think saving for 2 or 3 days to buy the best car, plane, tank in the game is so bad?... I mean should you be able to buy the best thing in a class after just a few hours? That doesn't seem right to me...
