Sold very well on PS4 with 1,138,099 units! Obviously a much larger PS4 install base is the over riding factor. I expected the X1 version to have sold more than 390,037 units since MS had the marketing deal, but still respectable.
PC not too far behind with 210,252 units. These figures are retail only, and do not include digital sales. Awesome numbers for CDPR. Well deserved!

Yeah agreed, very misleading title. 1 week is almost nothing in this generation of delays. I can't believe how good Kameo looks after all this time!
That game could release today and I'd still be impressed by its visuals. Amazing what was possible with a meager 512mb of Ram.
This Gamescom is particularly anticipated by me, because I'm getting an Xbox One either this fall or spring 2016.
Quantum Break, Phantom Dust, Scalebound & Crackdown have my attention. MS pretty much has the floor all to themselves. August 6th the excitement begins.
Pretty neat collection of classic Rare games. I'll be picking this up when I purchase a 1TB Xbox One Bundle next year. Hopefully that bundle includes Quantum Break. Pretty excited about it already ;)

MS have stated the Xbox brand gives the company 'Kudos' they would never have as a software vendor.
I'd like a (mature/dark) open world Golden Axe. I'd prefer originality, but if it were even a clone of The Witcher 3 gameplay, I'd go apes#it!

I've yet to detect The Witcher 3 (played in excess of 6hrs in one sitting), making little difference to the PS4 unit over heating.
Rocket League is the most crazy fun I've had in ages. Let's hope they Patch this problem fast.
My Job/Role allows me to work from home 3 days per week. I mean 'Work' in the loosest possible term. Plus I will always find time for the People...Things I love ;)
This news sucks for last gen Dragon Age Inquisition fans. I figured DA:I DLC was in doubt after EA went suspiciously quite on it. I feel like it's kind of 'Shady' for those who purchased and completed those versions with the anticipation of DLC. EA should at least end the D.A. franchise on last gen with DLC.
Seems like the fans are being punished for sticking with those systems.

You even used "My Guess is....", so it's purely speculation on your part. It matters not anyway, since I don't allow other peoples influences to dictate or direct what I think, enjoy or purchase.

Based on just 1+ min of game play in that initial Horizon trailer, I liked 'Aloy'. Especially the empathy she showed to the Eco-System. It helps that it instantly clicks with a character you'll be spending hours on hours with in a game. Her hair is "badazz", looked Dread Locked, which suits the 'Earthy' environment perfectly.
The rest of 2015 going through to 2016 is going to be awesome for all gamer's.

I don't think any gamer should be subjected to spoilers just because they're playing catch up or late to play the game. Should I write an article a few weeks prior, to or post launch with a headline (potentially) spoiling Uncharted 2 because 360 owners did not have PS3, and may soon possibly purchase 'The Nathan Drake Collection' as new owners of more recent PS Consoles?
On the flip side, what about those who may have only had PS3 last gen (for whatever reason...
