Gaming is Life ...and Life is Just a Game

Then maybe CDPR could include the regular DLC with it. Even though I've completed the main quest and much of the side quests, still would be nice. /

Say what you want about Peter Moore, but under his tenure at least Xbox had put a great deal of effort in to courting Japanese developers.

Phil Spencer has done reasonably well to secure a few 'Stand Out' Japanese games for (Notably Scalebound & ReCore) X1. Especially considering how poor of a presence X1 has in the region. The home console space has dwindled in Japan. Xbox 360 may just be the pinnacle of the brand as far as Xbox Japan goes.

Sony skips Gamescom, Microsoft skips Tokyo Game Show ...2015 has been a pretty interesting year for Gaming.

I have interests in both Camps, so both shows are important for me /

On the assumption Tomb Raider does not get pushed, I would imagine a fair amount of people will commit $120 for both games.

If I could afford just one, it would have to be Fall Out 4 /

I agree with the campaign #BetterPSN. The PSN Service needs improvement. All these Console Manufacturers could improve their online infrastructure. However, no matter what improvements are made, there will always be the occasional issue.

I've accepted 'Downtime' as inevitable

Not sure we need 'Console Wars', but 'Passion' and 'Respectful Rivalry' certainly. Best not succumbing to Fanboy culture, it often leaves one devoid of logic and reason. Although, as a Species I accept we're Tribal. However, squabbling over a plastic box of circuitry, or pixels drawn on screen is another thing entirely.

It is pretty vague and open to interpretation. Not sure it really matters coming to other platforms. It's not a Sony 1st Party title, so it's open season.

Not necessarily in reference to Dragon Quest Heroes, but I do dislike the concept of 'Timed Exclusivity'. Disrespectful to those who may have supported the franchise previously, and now are expected to wait...

I've heard of it, it was a very low amount of launch stock and was because the HDMI input was faulty due to disgruntled over worked/under paid FOXCOM employees.

It was a tiny thing around launch, and some YouTuber's blew it out of proportion. Thankfully this generations failure rates on all systems are negligible in the grand scheme of things.

@spacedelete

"You conveniently forget something called YLOD which almost every launch PS3 has suffered from and are all dead now'???

You have evidence to back that BS, right? Nah, of course you don't. You conveniently spout misinformation and lies just to protect a Corp's reputation??? ...I, and others (I personally know) still have their 60/20/40GB launch PS3 console, and still in perfect working order. Same with 360, there are some original...

"As long as I know people like you are playing in Sony's sandbox, I feel much safer in Microsoft's. You are why I spend more time on my Xbox than I do on my Playstation"

So you're basically admitting you'll give someone else that much power over you to dictate the systems you purchase/enjoy? PS3 had it's PR problems too, and I wouldn't defend it blindly. It all went down just 1 generation ago & still indefensible,...

Ok, so I stand corrected on which 1, and you obviously knew what I meant. My point remains. Bit asinine, but whatever....

Does it matter? Absolutely it matters ...but some people should get out more. Can't rely on Servers to enrich your life forever! lol Jokes. Just havin' some fun, it can get pretty heavy on here. Let's think proactively rather than point at each other. It's the service providers fault, and (kinda) ours for putting up with it.

Vote with your Wallets.

Unless you game exclusively on PC, there's not many other options . PSN/Xbox Live both have their ups 'n downs.

PS+/GWG offer variable quality monthly games and I don't have a gaming PC. PC online access is free, games cost less which is a bonus for them. Yeah we're getting ripped off lol /

"....is it really fair to be this critical when playing what is essentially a game in alpha"?

Agree, plus they tried Elite Dangerous for just 1 hour, which is nowhere near enough time, unless you care less for this genre to begin with. What's more, No Man's Sky has fallen under similar criticism after a 18 minute IGN demo some people have written it off already. If you're not into Space Exploration Trading type games move o...

I don't either. I mentioned only in reference to Sureshot's top-of-the-page-comment all their products were 'Turd'.

I'll wager they don't add much to improve some of its flaws. May pick this up since I love Zombie/Survival horror games. Not at full price though....

Funniest thing I've read all week. People have mixed feelings on the quality of the companies products, but personally, I've not had any issue thus far.
