I am really surprised Red Dead Redemption isn't a top of that list. I'd prefer Bad Company 2 over Black Op's II, although BOP's II was good though.....

The only demographic those photo images would surprise are the Fanboys. Actual Gaming Advocates already knew the Console Wars were Fanboy Folly.
DX12, Mantle, Vulkan ...Speculation & 'Credible' information is great, but in terms of tomorrow's API, whatever happened to appreciating what we're experiencing in the Present? All this talk of the future, and there's a ton of impressive games available right now, or coming very soon.

That's what I took away from all the Xbox/Win 10 conversations MS have had. Also, ton's of smaller/indie games across both formats could be accessible. I think this is a good move.
PS4 was released pre-slimmed. A new form factor could be good, but for me, the Console really doesn't need a re-size.
Can see right off the bat this Remaster has had a lot of extra effort put in to it. If the right titles are selected, Remasters can be great! Think I'll double dip on Gears, and also looking forward to seeing how much improvement can be applied to Nathan Drake Collection so I can Double Dip on that too. Nice!
The PS4/X1 are well catered for, so I suspect this will be even greater news for PS Vita fans who are interested in this franchise. Nice Ubisoft see the platform is still viable to the company. A lot of under used potential in this Portable.

The developer Coalition said they're attempting to recapture what made the OG Gears of War so good. That Dark Survival TPS Feel. GOW was one of the first games I played that made me really impressed with the power of the 360.
That dark E3 demo admittedly made it difficult to see all the finer details, and though Coalition didn't show much, I tend not to judge an entire game on the basis of a few minutes of footage that took place on a single level.

Nintendo were once Kings, almost infallible in the Home Console space. I like that gameplay/visuals are way more advanced now, but I really miss the 90's gaming scene. A time when the Japanese Market was thriving, there were No Patches, No Downtime, No Long Loading Screens, Co-op with friends on same console.....and the debut of Doom!

Wii U is a neat little system, but it is shocking that after 3+ Years, 10 million sold is filed under 'Rumor'. Awesome list of fixes. Having completed main story & majority of side quests on Hard, I will definitely replay Witcher 3 on the Hardest Mode. The price of the W3 Expansion Pass makes the Batman Arkham Knight Season Pass seem poor in value.
Though I've tried, it's a damn shame I can't get into Gwent. Means I'm unlikely to ever Platinum the Game. Still, looking forward to version 1.07.
