Neither MS nor Sony has to give anything, and most would still pay because they play online. I'm not even convinced Games With Gold would exist if Sony hadn't taken that initiative first.
Don't pay for PS+/GWG if you don't feel it's to your satisfaction....just quit complaining about something you're actively supporting. That really seems odd to me /
I can only speak for myself and many will not like it...
But I couldn't get into the Wii/U because I feel like I'm playing a Toy as opposed to an entertainment box. Granted, Nintendo are masters of game creation/design...but I require entertainment for an adult and Nintendo haven't really provided enough of that for me /

Sony have intimated they are releasing PSVR with the long term goal of establishing VR into the market, along with Oculus Rift and the other major VR players in the industry.
It's kinda like when there were a few consortium's pushing Blu Ray & HD DVD, only with VR they're independent but co-operating, and not typically competing against each other. They all see VR as a slow sailing ship that will (hopefully) reach its destination /

I'm Pro-PS, but let's be realistic ...the price of a PS4 & PSVR & Move Controllers & 1 or 2 Games is going to be prohibitively expensive for the majority. You'll have folks with money to burn buying bundles or deals, but it won't be so significant that the already excellent selling PS4 will see any major sales jump /
A ton of "Gamer's" on this very site have been using motion sickness as an excuse to rubbish PSVR, but not Oculus Rift or the other brands so much. Truth is, some folks will experience nausea with VR... and some people will get Sea sick, Car sick, a bad reaction to pharmacy drugs such as Aspirin etc

Exactly, if Sony can't do 100% BC on every pre-PS4 game, just Remake/Remaster/Port the one's that are super popular classics and stick them on a PS Classics Disc.
I would jump for joy if Sony released a PS1/2 Volumes Disc with 10 games per disc, per volume, Include Crash Bandicoot, Klonoa, Chrono Trigger, Dark Cloud 2, Dragon Quest 7/8 & Legend of Dragoon and others on the first disc please. Could be similar to the very cool MS/Rare Collection released recently. ...
