didnt they give halo reach and forza 9.5? seems pretty high to me. Not saying they're not good games but that score seems a little undeserved. Maybe an 8.5 or 9.0 at the highest which is still respectable.

Sad this is the direction they're going but its no real surprise. Whats truly sad is the fact that people will pay for it and therefore they're keep this business model b/c it generates additional revenue. God i hate DLC when done like this.

I cant completely disagree with what you're saying. We've all waited for what seems like forever and only time will tell if that wait was worth it. But i firmly believe it will be. Once i start playing, things like not having rain/snow on all the tracks wont bother me too much. Would have been nice to have at least day/night cycles but i think overall the game will be fantastic.
I also dont think it's a crime to point out GT5 short comings. Lets be real for ...

I admit that i hate this game. But if you're on the fence about FF13, at this price, i'd say go ahead and get it and find out if you like if for yourself. No point in listening to others opinion when you can have your own for under $20.

The main thing that bothers me about this game are the controls. I've played TvC enough to know i just dont like that particular control scheme and to find out it's the same one that's gonna be implemented into MvsC3 is heartbreaking. I remember watching a video of someone demoing the game during the last E3, using ryu, and then performing one of his BB combos from TvC and afterwords saying, and i quote "just like in TvC", and i could just remember thinking to myself W...

I'm kinda getting sick of all these screen shots and gameplay videos. They're been showing off this game for what seems like forever now and i'm just at the point where if this game doesnt come out soon i'm gonna have to kick a puppy. This will be the last GT related thing i look at till they give us a damn release date b/c at this point they've dangle the carrot in from of me long enough.
every time I here the words "major announcement" its usually a sign that it'll be disappointing. do yourself a favor and don't get your hopes up.
