This first look is amazing. I'm actually excited for a MK game for the first time since MK3. 2.5D seems much better for the fighting genre than 3D(in most cases) and i'm glad the dev team went in that direction. I'm not sure how the tag system will fit in with the MK series but i understand the need to try something new so i'll give it a chance.
In the name of being objective, there was one thing i noticed that did seem a little off to me and that's t...
but you have a right to one so i gave you an agree.
Then i realized it was HHG and quickly stopped it.
Does anyone still play DBZ games? I just dont see how it could still be profitable.
Saw this on eventhubs the other day and i have to say i was pleasantly surprised. The only thing that annoyed me was the wig on ken. Aside from that it was pretty neat.
You know what, you're right. I feel the gaming market has been over saturated by sequel after sequel. We should all try to appreciate devs that take the time and effort to innovate and not milking. We've all waited for what seems like forever but i'm sure they're a few of use left who havent forgotten how much Polyphony is packing into this game. Here's hoping for a summer release, doubtful but i dont think i can handle waiting till october.
gotta love how they use the qualifier "was" gonna be released..... good thing i'm not holding my breath.
Guess i'm gonna have to go to the Philippines if i want a slim:(
The amount you'd save is actually very insignificant. Cnet did a comparison and a price analysis where they'd estimated base on 20 hours of gaming a week you'd only save about $13.74 a year. If you played 50 hours a week, you'd save around 100 over the course of 3 years. That amounts to almost nothing and if you cant afford that, then i dont see how you could afford a ps3 to begin with.

While i agree with you that shortages are not always a bad thing, you have to consider what's happening behind the scene. It's one thing when you have a shortage when your production line is actually producing and the demand is so high that your product is selling out. It's another thing when you're not producing and distributing your product to the consumer which in turn causes high demand b/c of lack of supply (demand artificially generated).
At any rate i hope Sony gets on...
I've heard this before.
You must be real young. i'm guessing late teens.
The game has been out forever now. Must be a slow day in gaming news.
I hope they are more truthful than our friends at Turn 10.
NO SOTN is FAIL. There i said it.
I dont see why people are constantly trading game back to gamestop for a fraction of what you've purchased it for. There's a growing trend of gamers with the mentality of "well i've beaten it and dont intend to play it again so i'll just sell it back to gamestop." If this is how you game then the most cost effective thing you could do is get a gamefly account and you could save literally hundreds of dollars a year. Think of all the other stuff you could do with that money instead...
Funny they made a custom 360 with the red rings lol.
Anyone know when this game is making it state side??
And you'd be surprised that it doesnt take a whole lot of skill to beat that button masher. You just need knowledge of the game.
The gameplay is 2D genius. Maybe they should make it with blocky pixels so you have and easier time grasping the fact that it is in fact 2D. And Yes i was with MK from the start so I know all about how great it was before they botched up the series moving to 3D.
