hope you weren't referring to me. I said just "last" weeks psn update was lack luster, which it was. don't kid yourself into thinking every update is rainbows and butterflies otherwise people might think you're a blind fanboy ;)
someone correct me if I'm wrong but does anyone else recall Sony saying they where gonna have multiply updates a week until they were caught up with content which was delayed due to the outage? so far it seems like just one update a week like before and last weeks psn update was pretty lack luster.
is this from the same dev team as wfc?
edit: NM, just read the article and sure enough it is. Still being a movie base game, i can see the suckage to come.
I never be a fan of motion gaming and I'd hate to sit here and try to defend it but i don't think kinect integration was mandatory in any of the games shown at e3. I believe if you prefer to use a normal controller only, then that option is still there. someone correct me of I'm wrong. if not then that would be pretty idiotic on MS part.
edit: I'm only referring to the core games and not the Disney type games shown.

just b/c psn is free doesnt mean people arent allowed to feel frustrated that its been down for as long as it has. I'm sure everyone is appreciative that sony provides us a free service like psn so please dont confuse all the negativity with being ungrateful when if fact it's just people venting their frustration.

Mk skins are already on the disc I believe so you technically shouldn't have to download anything except possibly a key.

I've always wondered what took them so long to make a proper MK? I mean seriously, everyone knew they series started going downhill after 3d versions but they kept churning them out. and it wasn't like it was a big secret what the fans wanted.
I never understood why they release all these photos of different color units when we never get then. just like how they revealed the white ps3 before it was launched.
I cant believe there's no spectator mode. I dont see many people playing in rooms larger than 2 if that's the case. What a lame omission.
Madcatz are milking these sticks to death. they say theses things are limited but they said the same thing about the first round of TE sticks when sf4 came out. Now I can't even count how many iterations that were released which were all identical except for color or art. The only one that was different was the S design. Can't believe I rushed out and got two of theses when they were first announced thinking they would be limited.

In a day and age where DLC = ripping off the consumers, It's good to see a developer that doesnt take advantage of there fan base. Hot Pursuit wasnt on my radar but if it means supporting a class act developer, i might give it a shot.

the way i see it, they'll just release it as DLC and make us pay for it if they dont win the most anticipated game of the year award.
Although i agree with you, i've been hearing from a lot of non-racing fans on various gaming forums that GT5 has peaked their interest and will be purchasing the game. That's the kinda of appeal that GT5 offers, bringing non-traditional fans of the genre in. I experience the same thing when Killzone 2 released b/c i cant stand FPS but all the hype sucked me in. I'm very interested in how well this game sells on released day and optimistically hoping for huge numbers.
