Well, XboxOne is a console that seems obviously designed primarily for the US market. Would UK and EU buyers be able to use its full potential - ie the TV aspect?

We're getting hammered over here in the UK, for both consoles in fact. Both cost over 30% more than US price because of tax.

Sony had an Ultra-secret R+D project that created a cyborg clone of Phil Harrison prior to him taking up post at Microsoft.
This clone was instrumental in misinformation and misdirection at Microsoft policy-making level.
The REAL Phil Harrison is sat on a beach in Tahiti drinking Pina Colada's and laughing like crazy at the YouTube vid of Sony's gameshare instructional video.

Sony have written a whole, new 'How To' manual for this generation. How to plan,design and build a console with the most talented people.
Getting the ideas,thoughts and inputs focused exactly where they need to be and executing a textbook announcement in terms of timing and depth of reveal.
Finally and probably most vitally, they listened to their target consumer, the gamer.
