Why would they paint a console matte black it makes it look like a PS2. Not to mention the font is wrong like said earlier and this design cannot be used horizontal and vertical like the current one. It would also have to use flash memory and most likely a slimmer motherboard new cpu and new gpu.

There are TV Shows that are way longer then movies on the marketplace yet cost less. If the content was on PSN it would be the same price.

I like your analogy your completely right GT5 is like a Bugatti Veyron flashy fast but completely unpractical. Forza Motorsport is like a beat up Datsun that you used to own and wished you could paint it, upgrade and race it with friends.

I own a Zune 8, Zune 30, Zune 80, Sony PSP 3000, iPhone and have owned many iPods and the Zune is a way better PMP. BTW Cnet agrees with me.
There is no such thing as a flawless launch or a flawless product so you can go ahead and blow that out your @$$. Also the Zune firmware is working just fine now and no they weren't turned to bricks a simple fix solved that problem which is now gone. Atleast a Zune hasn't exploded in anyones pocket yet unlike another product.

Because I would love to see how many ps2 were rebought for D.R.E. Or the stat for people like me that own a ps3 only for a bluray player. I bet that is why most ps3 games sale bad aka lbp. Maybe in a lower resolution with no filters. Trying turning all the filters on with high quality textures and a higher resolution. Want a challenge try running Crysis with high quality textures, all filters and in 1680x1050 smoothly on a single graphics card.
for a hundred or so more dollars you could get 1TB HDD, Radeon HD4870 1GB or GTX 260 216 core and 4 GB of ram through newegg.
