I can't wait to continue playing this series. I'm playing through Devil May Cry 3 again, and it is a kick ass game.
It isn't like they will run out of space...
If they are planning to release this movie again, and went so far as to add details such as dirt, do you really think they will add less content? I was thinking the opposite.
I guess we will have to wait and see.
I'm glad I didn't buy this yet on DVD.
What a tool. Why doesn't he go after a game that actually has significant gore? It's clear he is going for the most advertised game at the moment, for nothing more than attention.
Just give video games the same treatment as movies, and stop with the mentality that all video games are somehow child oriented, despite the pink guns.
There is just so many features in this game, and the story is insane. This game is going to further solidify the position of one of the greatest franchises in video game history. I'm glad they continue to innovate their games, rather than going the safe route.
I am not much of a fan of rumble. 90% of the games out there pay no attention as to how they will utilize it. You end up having your controller rumble for the most insignificant reasons.
It's a feature that I can easily over look, and people have made it seem like it is a feature that will keep them from buying a system... which is stupid.
Why do people still add their own changes to titles, and descriptions?
Desperation. The same reason xbots flood anything related to Sony.
All he had to say is: "Your only other next-gen option is the 360". That is enough to sell the PS3 as it is.
2008 - The extinction of the "xbot". Back into your shady holes... "mom's basement".
If this game arrives on the 360 a year or two from now, imagine how many maps will have to be cut then? They might as well call it a demo, seeing as so many key features won't be "ported" from the original version.
Microsoft is yet to figure out that a console is supposed to be supported for more than two years. Halo 3 might be their last attempt to remain in first, but someone might want to tell Microsoft that Sony is yet to release one of their many system sellers.
I'm pretty sure Gran Turismo, Metal Gear, Final Fantasy(s), and Killzone will be more than willing to finish the fight.
In a related story, thousands of kids in the US are hours deep into a tantrum. No one is quite sure when it will end.
Crappy movies stand a better chance at selling more copies on HD-DVD. The competition on that format is really bad. It's obvious that this is the greatest reason less significant studios are on HD-DVD. Feeding off denial pays big money.
I doubt Halo would go so far as to have a legitimate twist in their boring story.
I'm sick of how you can literally depict anything the sickest mind can come up with in a movie, but you can barely cross the line on a video game.
People have to stop looking at video games as strictly kids toys. Are we to believe that a kid stands zero chance at getting their hands on an R rated movie? From what I've seen it would be a lot easier than getting their hands on a video game rated above their age.
The problem is accepting that an electronic device should malfunction if left on for multiple hours. The PS3 has been proven so reliable that Warhawk uses it for their own servers, never turning them off. Let's not forget folding at home. Do you expect your PC to stop working if you leave it on over night? I certainly don't.
I can't count how many times I've fallen asleep watching a movie on my PS2, and considering I got mine fairly early, and it hasn't had the slightest proble...
Who cares about Mass Effect? Stiff animations should have died last gen. I also don't find satisfaction in boring myself to death, so Mass Effect does nothing for me.
It's funny how you mention Bioshock and Mass Effect though, both being multi-platform and on the PC. It's only a matter of time before Halo 3 is on PC also.
That's almost as bad as when the details surfaced on the lack of any punishment for dying in Bioshock. It is pretty similar really. Any driver/shooter will make it through the race eventually with little effort.
I was never interested in Army of Two since the script details emerged. I can't stand a script that at best is pathetic. It seems aimed at the Halo crowd.
I have lost a lot of respect for some developers out there, but these guys continue to impress me. You won't find them trying to get customers by flaunting bigger breast sizes on their characters, and their art sense is incredible.
