Hard to believe some of these games get rated 16 in the UK, I know 15 rated anime is worse but damn, it's soft core material, hardly kid friendly
Yeah don't forget guys this is an "8k gaming" card, literally a bit faster than the 3080.. I remember getting downvoted for saying that even though it's common sense by looking at the specs before it was even reviewed.
No idea why some are so blind to seeing what part of the marketing is complete BS when you have actual specs of the card to look at with your own eyes.
Whole thing was a crap show, Nv site was sold out in the blink of an eye.. Spent 3+ hours just to get an order for a TUF model from OCUK which i probably won't get for weeks/months
I was watching the Nvidia site for the Founders cards yesterday in the UK, it went from notify me to out of stock in a single quick refresh, there was BS for sure. Not that i mind now anyway as i have a better/cooler AIB card ordered for the same price.
I'll most likely be using my Asus TUF 3080 for the same reason i bought it, gaming!

Unsurprising, they make their money on hugely overpriced games, that's why you think you're getting a deal by buying a console because the base hardware is decently priced

For 1440p I'll be looking at the 3080, mostly because I like playing well above 60fps, also pretty much guaranteed a solid high frame rate in more demanding games that come along similar to RDR2.
If people want to play at 4k that's up to them, no chance of getting near 100fps at that resolution in any kind of demanding game though, and the high refresh screens are very expensive.
Some game on big 4k tv's, but with a smaller monitor at 1440p yo...
They'd probably put a price on it anyway even if it did, i think they charged Xbox gamers for the DLC that was free on PC

If Zen 3 is a solid 15-20% uplift over Zen 2 as rumoured, then it's looking good. If it's that much better for gaming i may well swap out my 3700x for the 8 core chip, if that ends up having the best latency due to chip layout.

Well they did work on a new L4D but they say Source 2 couldn't handle it being open world, seems it was because the engine was still in progress or not complete. So they stopped working on it.
Sounds very Valve like, so doesn't surprise me all that much.
I'm not sure why we need a second teaser if this is just a new campaign. It doesn't show anything new over what we saw in the first teaser.

People keep saying the same stuff over and over. A PC is much more useful than a console if you intend to use it for other things which a console cannot do because of its "walled garden" approach, as Gabe Newell put them.
The moaners usually buy low end stuff or buy at the wrong times, then complain with arguments like: PC sucks and console is more powerful than my PC etc.
