Stare at a mirror in RDR2 in 3rd person in a Hotel, then switch to 1st. He automatically goes from walking normal to waist twisting and strafing. Bethesda is the one that does it wrong.

So far Uncharted 4 and God of War are the only two games that got loud.
I'd say from a technical achievement, RDR2 is more impressive. But fun-factor has to matter here.
While I preferred Spider-Man over GoW (which I wasn't expecting), I think GoW has a better chance at winning it since it was actually fun for most people.
