Honestly the 3d Audio is awesome and really came in handy againt ixion on my 3rd attempt when i beat him.
Wasnt wearing my pulse head sets those first 2 runs, but on the 3rd i was and in his second stage when he flies across the platform, i could hear which side he was coming from which made it easy to dodge and get out of the way, pretty cool.
I hope more games reqlly use the 3d audio aspect

😂 glad im not alone hahaha was pretty shattered as that was the furthest i had gotten and was doing so well.
Lesson learnt though and good tip on swapping just to get in rotation byt then pick uo my original gun.

Money well spent the game is awesome, and worth every penny.
If you want to play a game and it looks right up ur alley then that what makes it worth it.

So i finally beat ixion and moved on to biome 3 and got fair into biome 3!!
All was well, had heaps of health and a good build then got absolutely slaughtered in the space of 15 seconds lol.
No chance anyone did this in one run.
PS, THE ROCKET LAUNCHER SUCKS! if had kept my machine gun wouldve been alright i reckon
Ur either redicuously crazy good at these games or your lying, more so as even just feeling out the systems shouldve screwed u over at least once in the begining not to mention enemy patterns.
Awesome game currently getting my ass kicked by the biome 2 boss.
Game is far from easy but wouldnt say overly hard either.
U just need to keep trying as u will see improvements.
The game certainly isnt easy but i dont think its crazy hard either, iv gotten better with every single run and once u learn how everything works its not so bad.
Just lost to the second boss again :(
On the bright side atleast once u get him atleast once a shortcut opens up to get u to him a lot quicker, just make sure u go through the first biome completely to be powered up a enough, i fell just short on my second attempt.
Phrike is fairly easy, beat him on my second try, wouldve gotten him on the first but i walked in with barely any health left.
Ixion on the other hand, only managed to get to him once so far which is no easy feat, and i had plenty of health and was quite powerful but 3rd form kicked my ass, had to go and play pokemon snap to cool off after that 😂
The enmey is this pic is the furthest i havent gotten in the game hahaha dont think hes even a fully fleged boss and he destroyed me.
My best run so far down the train, ill be back though 🤙

Got up to the second biome and maybe half way through untill what i think was a mid level boss destroyed me.
I have to say i thought the whole starting fresh again would bother me but even after a solid hr of getting to the mid section of biome 2 and dying i wasnt frustrated at all.
Just been playing for the last hour, so far its awesome guys, Housemarque have a hit on there hands, really hope ps5 owners support this game.
And as the reviews have said, this game is tough. Wish it wasnt so late otherwise id keep playing but thats what i took tomorrow of for.
Ps. If u have pulse headsets, use it !! Sound is amazing
Pre ordered mine as well, knew it wpuld be good but definitely didnt see this reviews coming, i thought due to the difficulty and type of game it would be a lot more divisive.

Glad to see all the great reviews its getting so far but its making this final wait that much harder.
More like an hr and 30 mins for me 😎, just keeping myself busy untill the game unlocks itself.
It may be harder than demon souls which im pretty bad at but the fast pace should suit me, i onow it fid for bloodborne.
Similar in style but very far apart in quality, iv played yooka laylee on game pass and it diesnt even come close to R&C.
Never bithered to play recore, from what iv heard not very good.
If you prefer quantity over quality then game pass is the way to go, great price with lots of average to good games on there.
I found i spent more time looking at whats on there and downloading games then i did actually playing them.
Would love to see it just for Housemarques sake as they are a great smaller development team and i would love to see there first AAA game be a success but in saying that which ever way the reviews go, it wont affect my enjoy of the game any more or less.
I can understand all that pent up anger over having no new exclusives to play for years, must suck to be a gamer and you know have ur console of choice not provide u with anything u cant play anywhere else for years.
