Does it need it, no.
Would it hurt to the have the option, also no.
Not sure why peoole get so high and mighty about it, there will be the option to play the way the devs intended so there is zero loss to core fanbase.
It would be a win win for all involved, devs sell more copies, more gamers to get a play game theyve been intered in but either arent skilled enough or dont have the time to devote themselves to getting good at it.
Did not know about this game at all but after that trailer i am super keen, i kinda wish it wasnt so massively kiddy though, gonna be hard to justify getting caught playing this 😂😂

As someone who has owned every playstation, ps3 is probably the weakest of the lot.
I wont lie the last of us was truly special, and easily one of the greatest games ever.
Mgs 4 and uncharted 2 for me were also right up there, but compared to playstations other consoles it was lacking.
Each to there own though, for me ps2 had the greatest release of games ever, i would stack it up againt nit just playstation but any console in history....

I still dont get the naughty dog hate, i mean its obvious its was gonna be ellies story and that it was gonna be a revenge story. The only person we would care about dying was joel so i was always under the impression that was going to happen to set us off on our quest.
Yes agreed trying to force my sympathy with abby and making me play half the game with here wasnt the best and i didnt like it either but all that considered still a brillant game.

Was expecting slightly better numbers all round to be totally honest, mostly because i have all these games and they are must plays atleast to me anyway.
Maybe 70 dollar price tag has hurt sales a bit, i definitely beleive that is the case atleast for returnal as its a fair bit of money for a new ip thats a very niche game aswell due to the rogue elements and difficulty. 500k aint bad but was think it wpuld be closer to the million mark.
Pretty sure thats activision but hey close enough.

Very unlikely, steam is not nintendo and while yes it has a large user base, it doesnt have half the recognition of nintendo.
Your average gamer who plays consoles would barely know what steam is, such as a lot of my freinds and family.
I honestly dont beleive this will go gang busters as i pretty much buy any consoles or hand helds that have come out in the last 17 years and i cant say i want this or will buy it any...

Was devo when they announced gt7 got delayed, really hanging for this in particular!!
1. its on gamepas so think most people will play it that way.
2. What even is the point of pre ordering games now considering u can dowload digital so not like u will miss out on a copy.
