It is quite depressing, the lackluster support for motion+.
By that time I think, most developers gave up.
The only titles I can think of that used it were Skyward Sword, Red Steel 2, WiiSports Resort, and one pack in game called Flingsmash(?).
Oh and The Conduit 2 may have supported the peripheral, as well.
The more they emphasize the GamePad, the better.
Well 3 AM (US Central Time) will give us news through Japan, and 9 AM will give us NoA's plans.
I feel that $299 is really their sweet spot.
I believe even in this new console generation, it is comparably a step up from where the Wii was at, in its $249 price point.
5 disagrees? Cool yo. I was just saying all price points will entice a consumer such as myself. People want it to be a powerful system... but want it to be inexpensive at the same time ...
Well, the more expensive it is the more of a VALUE it represents in the long term.
Well we can safely bet that the remaining four attractions will be properly unveiled on Thursday?
That's what happens, folks.
Epic Mickey, De Blob, etc.
^Those projects began on the Wii, were ported to other systems later (or became sequels)^
It just happens with new platforms, no reason why specifically it should cause Wii U hate.
Terraria is now getting a console release, and PC users are up in arms about that, too.
Can I direct you to the Xbox section at Toys "R" Us?
When I had to explain the different bundles, the limited edition bundles, the 4gb skus, the 250 gb skus, the 320 gb limited edition star wars skus, the 4 gb star wars kinect skus, let me just tell you that it's nothing new, and it's nothing that consumers can avoid.
It begins 10 AM Eastern Time.
Any price point will be good, quite frankly.
It will SELL at $249. It will SELL at $299. It will SELL at $349.
One is a bargain.
One gives me a little more confidence.
One gives me even more confidence.
People just think it's unheard of for a Nintendo console to get a full-fledged, non-gimped version.
Then again they will complain because it's the same game.
You know,
fanboylogic.
Except for the fact that IBM has confirmed...
that it is a POWER7 CPU, not an enhanced Broadway CPU.
It adds on to the single-player experience, I think.
A death match would feel tacked on.
This is different, be ause you simply have the choice.
You can't just add or remove Sheva from Resident Evil 5.
not sure if /s ...
@hatsune Were you alive 20 years ago?
I barely was.
Just bear in mind there are exceptions!
(I know you said "a lot" and that is true)
But Ubisoft & 5th Cell and Platinum Games are still thinking full steam ahead.
Logic would dictate that if Ps4 is (duh) next gen compared to the Ps3, and if the Wii U is next gen compared to the Ps3, then the Wii U & Ps4 are in the same console generation.
It's quantified. There are fixed generations, buddy.
I have heard that the Wii U GamePad screen does support HD resolutions, though.
Sounds like this will be mostly when solely being displayed on the screen.
Still, 800x480 on the GamePad at that screen size ain't bad with HD content on the screen.
Plus, these are all LAUNCH titles.
Can't wait to see the year two titles, ya'll.
What I've heard is that there is a dedicated amount for the OS, as well.
Also enough ram to dump their convention demos, well,
purely into the ram and forget about the disc.
You claim to state facts, and all you have are opinions.
That is a fact.
So.....
How is a Wii U going to go for the same price as a 3DS XL, explain THAT to me.
That just gives consumers less confidence in their purchase.
I don't want this to be cheap.
I thought it went... A4 (iPad &iPhone 4)
then A5 (iPad 2 & iPhone 4S)
then A5X (the new iPad)
then A6 (iPhone 5)
So which A5 is the new iPod touch actually getting?
