Well it's pretty easy to explain why the 360 has not only survived the next gen, but been a success as well. One of the greatest gaming launches in history that included many highly rated games. AAA exclusives that can't be match. A variety that easily fits any games needs. Brand new franchises like Gears of War, Dead Rising, Crackdown, Bioshock, etc...shows that the 360 is not relying on old favorites. Also the lackluster gaming library of the ps3 has also helped out with the success ...
Simple...if you like pokemon type rpgs than Blue Dragon is a MUST BUY! I personally don't like japanese rpg's.
People forget that IGN is not the only site that has given this game a sh*t review. EVERY gaming site/mag have also said similiar comments. It's a complete failure. Stop trying to defend it.

Lair got good scores??? Well the only good scores are the ones created by the fanboys in ps3fanboy.com. Lair is averaging a 58% from most sites/mags. The control is only one problem of many: Freezeups, clippings, bad lockon, bad AI, framerate issues...this game has nothing but problems. But Lair was heavily hyped. It was the game that was supposedly gonna show the "power" of the ps3. As you can see with a 58% average, it failed miserably.
Well Halo 2's story and ending is my favorite part of the Halo 2. I love the Halo story but it is a little to adult for some people to understand. Ending a story with a cliff hanger is a great way to keep everything exciting. Look at classics like the Lord of the Rings trilogy or the Star Wars trilogy. The Halo story is not your typical Aliens vs. Humans. It's a great science fiction story.

Yeah ps3s game library is pretty pathetic. Of course these sony droids aren't gonna see it. Every respectable game mag/site says Lair is CRAP but the sony droids still say its a AAA title. That is serious denial. But I'm guessing Uncharted will be the first ps3 monster, but by than everybody is going to be talking Halo 3, Mass Effect, and PGR4.

This game is averaging 81% on gamerankings.com. Not the AAA title you sony boys boasted about. So what is the next sony exclusive failure?

News like this is disastrous for the ps3. It doesn't affect the 360 at all since they can go either way. The ps3 has all its easter eggs in the bluray basket. And it's not looking to good.
Sony camp keeps on getting bad news almost daily. You can feel the frustration from the sony boys.
Yeah I prefer harder achievment points. Earlier games like King Kong gave you a 1000 points just by beating the game in normal. But some of these do sound hard!

It's good to see that gamers are paying attention to the next gen console race. The 360 has been beating the ps3 pretty consistently. It's not hard to believe considering the 360 has been releasing top quality games like Forza 2 and Bioshock. The rest of this year I expect the 360 to outsell the ps3 by a farther margin with the release of Halo 3, Mass Effect, and PGR4. The ps3 has nothing to counter these big guns.

I have played Warhawk and while it was fun...it wasn't "the greatest online experience ever" 3 vehicles for a next gen game is a joke. The 360 is slowly turning into one of the greatest consoles of all time. I mean AAA games left and right. Forza 2, Bioshock, and now the mother of all games....HALO 3!!!! With the 360 still selling more than the ps3 in US and UK, the release of this game will put the final nail in the next gen coffin. If the ps3 has any chance they should counter the release of Halo 3 with a $200 price cut with 2 free games and 5 free bluray movies.
