I was wondering where the sony boys were hiding and I can see that they are all approving this one. :) 8-10 hours is perfect for me. Remember, 360 owners don't have a problem with 8-10 hours of gameplay. It's the sony boys that bashed us because Gears of War was only about 8 hours. But of course HS came out and ran only 6 hours quickly changing the stories of the sony idiots.

I think it's pretty safe to say that the Halo franchise is NOT average or overhype like some of you idiots like to say. I'll even go a lil further and confidently say that the Halo Trilogy is THEE best franchise EVER CREATED.

If you are a REAL GAMER, than you have to be excited about this. Non-stop reviews are coming in and looks to be clearly a winner. I been looking for a Falcon and found out that 360's are selling out everywhere. Pretty much shuts up the sony boys that said halo players already own a 360.

I'm telling you...the 360 has to be one of the best consoles of all time. We're talking back to back AAA titles. Forza 2, Bioshock, Halo 3, Mass Effect, and PGR4!!! DAMN that is insane.
With 2008 releasing Ninja Giaden 2, Splinter Cell: Conviction, Fable 2, Huxley, Alan Wake, Halo Wars, Marvel Online, Too Human, etc... It's easy to see that the 360 is second to none! :)

I can't believe you sony fools are trying to debate about the length of this game and comparing it with Heavenly Sword. After the 6-7 hours it takes to beat Heavenly Sword and you put it away. That's called a Rental. After the 8-10 hours it takes to beat Halo 3, you can play a lil 4-player coop on lege...
I love snotty snipers. Love doing a close up noscope on a newb with a shotty. And I'm a big fan of BTB and played many very competitive games. Probably the most fun I had with Halo 2 after Hardcore.
Uncharted looks very good and I will be swapping consoles with my cousin so I can play that game. We swapped consoles months ago so I could play Resistance and he could play Gears. Hopefully they'll fix the questionable AI from recent gameplay videos. Ratchet and Klank is for kids and I don't care about mods for Unreal. All the other games u listed are 7 or 8 at best. The 360 has its fair share of big games coming out in 2008...Ninja Gaiden 2, Huxley, Fable 2, Alan Wake, Halo Wars, etc......
Trying to compare Final Fantasy SEVEN with Halo ONE in total sales is a pathetic attempt. Final Fantasy already had a huge rabid fanbase. But the fact is that Final Fantasy has never reached the mainstream like Halo has. Only gamers know about Final Fantasy, while Halo has done what very few has done before and that is reach the masses. Only other games that I can think of that have done that are Mario and Pacman.
What other video game has done what Halo 3 is doing??? Anybody???
Seriously, no other video game has ever brought the excitement like Halo 3. This is a great time for real gamers!
