I agree, I hated MGS cuz of the tank controls. It was okay when I first played Resident Evil on PS1, but not acceptable on Xbox. I just hated the way you had to move ur character. But what I hear that this game will be fully 3D which is a plus, but I'm not a fan of the series anyway. I prefer Splinter Cell.

Halo 3 is the "BIG" game for Microsoft but it's nice to see that they're not putting all there hope on this game by getting tons of new AAA titles (Mass Effect, Gow, etc...) When you have 40 online players....all you get is charging...dying...respawning and charging again...I used to play Battlefield on the PC and thats all it was...everybody would meet at some bridge and fight it out with just waves of endless soldiers...Usually turns out to be a long boring battle. Just a huge fragfest.
4vs4 8vs8 is the best for tactical fps....look at counterstrike...can u imagine that game playing with 40 people? It would lose all its tactics.
I think they should worry about making sure they have WORKING units out and not buggy ones...It just feels like Sony is rushing this and there units might be very buggy...but we'll find out in a few weeks.

Game of the Year Folks!!! The Previews are starting to come in...and all the critics are starting to believe the hype. Another big franchise for Microsoft! Whoever voted lame on this is just pissed that there ps3 doesn't have any game that is at this level...not now...and not in the near future.

I totally agree...I like to play FPS games on Hard difficulty to make it more of a challenge and will stretch the game a lil longer...Played both Halos on Legendary...Second one was to hard on legengary, changed to hard...Currently playing Doom 3 on Hard and this game is lasting forever...

Lair looks completly awful!!! The close up dragon battles look cool but ground attacks look terrible. Not even a rental. Only game I would pick up is Motorst...

I really dont see how this can work on a console...I used to play Unreal 2004 like crazy before Halo 2 came out. Unreal 2004 has tons of options(can control ur speed, ur jump, how fast u shoot, etc...) and different ways to play...anybody ever try "instagib?"

Like I said many times before...there's a huge fanbase for sony and they will buy a ps3 no matter what...They can release ONE game called "Attack of the Killer Tomatoes" and it will still sell out...but bottom line is that Xbox360 has the better games...and thats it! PS3 came into the game a year late and there games are nothing special.
Maybe Sony will start working a lil harder with some better games cuz right now...Xbox is taking all the AAA games.
