Well I guess I have to go back and play Forza 2, Bioshock and have no choice but to purchase Halo 3, Mass Effect, and PGR4. :*(

Crackdown was a classic game. It's been called the best "superhero" game ever made. A part 2 would sale very well but I heard about APB...that game sounds awesome!
...but what about the bad framerate? the freezeups? the clippings? the bad lockon? the bad AI? and all the other complaints that this game has. It's not only the control buddy. This game is bad all around.
What does Blue Dragon have to do with this thread? Blue Dragon is averaging a respectable 77%. And it did very well in Japan considering it's a xbox 360 game. On the other hand Lair has recieved the shame of the month award from most game mags and sites.

What an idiot! Comparing the hype of the games u listed vs the hype of Lair is one of the dumbest things you have said. All those games you listed recieved alot of 8s and rated ALOT better than Lair.
Okay now I'm adding this to Halo 3 and Call of Duty 4 for my FPS action. This is all I need!
This game has more problems than just control. Bad framerate, freezeups, clippings, bad AI, bad lockon, etc... But it will probably still sell a good amount since their isn't much of a choice for the ps3. The ps3 still has a lackluster gaming library. This game would surely bomb if it was on the 360 since their are TONS of better choices.

Well if it is equal in graphics than I consider this another victory for the 360. The ps3 was favored by Criterion and was lead platform I believe. So if a 360 can get a port with equal graphics...why can't the ps3???

This is why purchasing the ps3 for movies is a bad idea. Newer bluray players like the Samsung 1200 kills the ps3 in video quality with the addition of HQV tech. Standard dvds look like crap using a ps3. HQV takes care of that.

Lair is the biggest failure in gaming history. PERIOD!
Haze is a joke, UT is better on a PC not consoles, GT pro is just a demo, and Uncharted looks really good. But not better than Mass Effect, Halo 3, and PGR4.
That is another site that has talked about how short it is. Most sites have said 6-7 hours of gameplay. Sony fanboys have said their is about 15 hours of gameplay. This game is a solid 81% on gamerankings.com. A great game for a rental.
So far 3 "big guns" have shown themselves and still no AAA....What is next?
