The first time I saw NFL2k on the Dreamcast definitely wowed me.
Snake, And I have never said I owned a ps3. My cousin is a ps3 owner and we rented a copy. He downloaded the demo and didn't like the controls either. He's a big Resistance/COD4 freak. I'm still waiting for my beloved Twisted Metal to purchase a ps3.
Nate, You really didn't explain why Killzone 2 is so special. Why is it "unmatched" quality? Why is it more "deeper and tactical?" Your rebuttal was a whole lot of nothing. Please elaborate.
Being a hardcore FPS nutt, I have played it and it definitely is way over rated. The weapons selection is basic, the enemy is boring, the boss battles are boring, the story is boring. I thought the whole game was pretty much boring. People complained about Halo 2's ending. Well WTF was the ending of KZ2 about? That was the worst ending I have ever seen. Killzone 2 has zero creativity. And don't get me started with the non responsive control.

That was weaksauce. Your talking about Master Chief and he is a soldier wearing soldier attire. A simple but effective soldier suit that gives him an identity of a human against a battle with aliens. That is where the creativity is. The ALIENS. THE ENEMY! Halo's Covenant, Elites, Brutes, Hunters, Flood, scream creativity. Kz's enemy looks like it was created by a an 8 year old.

Because it's confirmed being better on the 360. As always when a huge multi platform game is better on the 360, the sony fans start with their... "it's not good anyway."

The analogs on the ps3 sucks and the 360's dpad sucks. I'm not sure about fixing the ps3's sticks but the dpad is easily fixable with a lil modding.
Again, because the majority of ps3 owners are non gamers. Makes sense right? Blu ray movie sales are up! And Sony's big exclusive game sale are lower than expected. Only makes sense. With this huge drop in sales it would struggle just to hit Viva Pinata over all sales.
All that time and money and all they did was concentrate on the graphics and animation. Unfortunately the textures are not even as good as Gears 2 since they have to use a lot of blur effects to cover it up. Bottom line, it's just another shooter among millions of other shooters. Nothing about it sticks out from the rest. I can see why interest in this game has almost disspeared since its release.

Just more proof that the ps3 is a movie player first and a gaming machine second. One of the best games this gen and ps3 owners are probably pissed knowing that the 360 version is best so they boycott it. Oh well, they're loss.

I'm tired of all talk about video games causing violence. When everybody knows the Bugs Bunny cartoons should take the blame. It's the first time I have ever seen somebody use a gun. Elmer Fudd is always shooting at Bugs and Daffy.

Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't kz2 consist of small to medium battle grounds? I know that's how COD4 is. Halo 3 has huge open levels so trying to concentrate on every lil inch of on the graphics would take to long. Halo 3's light effect is still some of the best lighting I have ever seen in a game.
Just stick with the top notch control and gameplay and worry about the graphics after.
