Downloaded and compared both demos. 360 version is definetly slightly more detailed. Pretty close tho, so nothing for ps3 owners to cry about. I also noticed that the 360 version seems to have much greater contrast.I tried changing the brightness setting in the games options but cannot get it to look as solid. I have the exact same settings on my TV for both consoles so im not sure if this is because the xbox version has better lighting or if the ps3 outputs a much higher gamma/ brightness <...

Not me mate, I have a PS3 and 360. Ps3 is a decent machine, I enjoy it but it is becoming obvious that the 360 is a more capable machine.
If you think that makes me a fanboy then fair enough. I like to think of myself as a realist.

It's about time sony lost a generation. Happened to Nintendo & Sega. no one stays on top forever.
The game looks pretty last gen to be honest. And no, Wii does not need this game. Anyone who really cares about FPS games will play them on PC, X360 or PS3 (in that order).
Who the hell are the guys making it anyway? This game will flop HARD. Maybe harder than Red Steel (relative to install base at the time of release).

you really believe that? I have both systems and this article only confirms what I've known for a while (Ps3 is still slightly behind 360 in almost every game). I've yet to buy a multiformat game on my ps3 for this reason.

Im pretty sure that anyone who is old enough to have had one has made that connection.
if they messed up their video or not, I have downloaded both demos and switched between them.....the 360 version is somewhat cleaner and less aliased (the text in the menus even have jaggies on the ps3). Im pretty sure the framerate is a touch nicer on 360 and less screen tear too.
It definetly doesnt look 1080p, then again maybe thats because im using a 720p TV lol. But yeah, it defo doesn't look like it renders in proper HD. One of the softest looking games i've seen on ps3.
I'll be building a new pc soon-ish, but Im curious as to how the console versions will compare. After just playing Haze, I don't have high hopes for the PS3 version

He's got you there. I remember my head nearly exploded when we where watching the matrix.
However, It's defo better than average Joes TV and I must agree about the colour/ color thing...really dont know who thought it was a good idea to change it, considering the way it's pronounced.

what you say means nothing, everyone knows that tv's are never set up correctly in shops. Im always amazed at how awful hi end plasma and lcds look in comet & currys. You can walk in and see a high end bravia or samsung looking bad compared to some little matsui effort
