Story is great I think, cutscenes are very good too.
Use a taxi and skip travel whenever you can! You will really enjoy the story then.
The article reminded me how deep experience was playing this game. I think only MGS4 was better at it for me. Those titles really stand out.
However, I usually play only action games maybe it's not the perfect area to look for an engaging story.

It's not that there are no good games, most of the best PSP games are japanese. This might be a good reason.

I will never forget COD4. This game got me in to online gaming. Great PC community, mods, clans, great clan servers, high quality matches. Unforgetable.

I don't know. If your Xbox breaks you can keep your HDD with all the data and use it on another console. This isn't possible with PS3 where you can't do anything with the HDD in another console. All the data is lost.
That makes cloud storage a great feature on PS3. It solves the problem and there is no problem on 360.
