So nobody pointed out that Operating Temperature: 5-35C refer to the environment the device can be used in and not the temperature of the device or CPU, GPU inside?

It's the PS3 that have a CFW in this setup. This method is used to play all games through remote play on PSP, it could be done for about a year now.
So what this guy did was using Vita instead of PSP as a remote play device.
No modification needed on either PSP or Vita.
Such a shame... I always liked Flatout.
