Bioware was a holy word to me a couple of years ago, bu after dragon age2 and this DLC stuff im very dissapointed in what they've become. Thier actions are NOT paragon by any means. I blame EA.

I fundamentaly dont like a leveling and perk system in multiplayer. It makes it very unforgiving to those of us that don't have lots of time. This has been one of Halos greatest strengths. Everybody is equal. Only skill seperates.
I always thought COD had it backwards. You should start with everything and slowly lose gear as you level. By level 50 you only start with a knife. Then you could call that an achievement worth the bragging rights.
Yes, but only as long its on some next gen system and not shoe horned onto obsolet systems.
This is just a way for retailers to get preorders with little to no cost. Remember when preordeders scored you decent swag like a shirt or poster...

You get it. 4gb will keep people from spending $. I still have an old 360 with 20 gb. I would be downloading more digital copies but c,ant for lack o space. Even arcade game and DLC are mostly over a gig these days. The initial cost will offset itself through software purchases. Also apps besides games as MS want to be the all im one stop.
There will be a casual SKU but it will be much larger than 4Gb. Closer to 100Gb.
Agreed i especialy do not care for EA shoe horning multi player into every release to keep games out of used market (Dead Space2 and ME3).
I would rather have a universal price incease than pay for day one DLC. Im not saying all DLC is bad but i think it makes a developer look kinda sh%*ty when it comes on disc and just needs a code to unlock.
But im as guilty as anyone of supporting this. I bought horse armor. Oh the shame...

You know ive often thought about microsoft watching me play in my skivvies, but i never considered anybody else...
While vizios are cheap they have many apparent defects. I work at Sams club and asked the dude in returns why i saw so many open vizios in backroom. There was like ten. He replied people get what they pay for. My wife also works at best buy and people always get ticked when they dont carry vizio. But she aslo says there isnt any brand besides them with near the problems or returns. Not to say when i see the 84 inch 3D model on display at Sams it doesnt make me a little tingly.
Tha ability to do this is the only true advantage to "active3D". But think of the possibilities beyond gaming. Say for instance my wife wants to watch some dome show while im gaming. In theory with some headphones we could both watch different programs simultaneously on same tv.
Im sure ill get disagrees but i thought this was the most overhyped game of 2011. I finished it but was left wondering why everybody was so gaga over this game.

Sony constantly overcharging for thier products is what led them to current financial crisis. Why would people pay an extra thousand dollars for the sony tv?
This trend is why there has become such push for the big guys to make engines to liscence. EA saw how Epic was rolling in money from unreal engine and develoed Frostbite 2. Four or five years ago an average gamer coulnt name graphics or physics engines, now today however... Unreal, Cryengine3, frostbie 2, IdTech 5, Source...
