Seems like Nintendo is going down the PS marketing road:
1) market the buttons like Sony did with the square, triangle, cross and circle.
2) hit people with nostalgia using old branding colours
3) create a slogan where the key word can be exchanged e.g. there's no game like it
Hopefully this means Nintendo will double down on making games. I'm really hoping for more quality 3D platformers. No console was as g...
You're not leaving the game to get the full experience. It's an option to unlock mp stuff when you are away from your ps4 like Knack did.
I'm going to get my nephews to download and play it so I can get free unlocks lol
There are all sorts of rumours on why she left, but I'm just wondering, if the opportunity to make a star wars game comes up, and to work with Lucas Arts, go to the Skywalker Ranch and unprecedented access to all things SW, do you continue to work on uncharted or do you go and fulfil what for many would only be a dream.
They didn't deny it, but the box art on the PS4 reads "console exclusive ."
They only use that when a game is console exclusive. I doubt they will change their box art when and if it releases on X1.
Edit: corrected quote and added link.

I'm playing through DS3, and although I'd love to jump to uncharted 4 next, I got to do the right thing and jump to R&C.
I'm a playstation fan and I'm not mad. I have enough sense to know that :
1) I don't need to upgrade
2) I won't miss out on any games
3) I can trade my current ps4 in if I wanted to upgrade
4) I rather have an option than having non.
People are behaving like cry babies, acting like Sony is holding a gun to their heads forcing them to upgrade.
It's like the old people from my dad's ...
I can't believe Sega are still pissing around with a western release.
Inafune hasn't been the same since he left Capcom. Working for a company with funding etc and many more resources is different to working on tight budgets and resources.
At the moment it seems he not good at handling multiple projects, crowdfunding resources and finances and prioritising.
The quality of the games will know more of if and when they release.
It's obvious Sony delayed it so it doesn't eat into Ratchet & Clank, considering they are releasing a game and a movie and would like both to have enough time in under the spot light before uncharted releases and takes it all away.
Secondly, it's just a two week delay with a really lame excuse. Blatantly an excuse used to buy more time and spread the releases.
They should turn the mp into a f2p model.
Surprise, surprise. Ex Xbox community manager down plays Sony console exclusive based on nothing else but pictures and ignoring majority of the facts.
Wasn't into the soul games, then I bought Bloodborne and became a believer. Can't wait for DS3. A lot of the architecture and a lot of the assets looks like they are from Bloodborne.
I don't mind the difficulty and the trail and error nature. In Bloodborne, dying was a way of telling you to either git better and learn or to level up. By the time I got to the cleric beast, I was level 24.
That's what I wrote, but phone autocorrected to Mark lol
Play on words from a song called "return of the Mark," by Mark Morrison, very cleverly changed by inserting name of the main protagonist from Max Payne.
Been playing it since launch and it's the best Street Fighter to date and arguably one of the best fighters this gen.
@madhouse02 and that's why I'm not a journalist. Besides, N4G isn't the only place to make contributions.
Yes, I do have strong views on journalists in this industry and I'm not the only one.
I suppose the title can be debated. For some it will be more click bait that others. There is no reason why the title couldn't be are linear games outdated? Or the Pros and Cons of linear and openworld gameplay....
The focus should...
That doesn't change the click bait nature of the headline.
Hololens is like a much improved version of Google Glasses and with a larger FOV. Unfortunately, the FOV still isn't big enough according to most people who have tried it.
I think it will see a few variations before it becomes a consumer product, especially at $3000.
Using click bait headlines is like whoring yourself shamelessly to make a buck. Meaning, even most male and female escorts / prostitutes have more integrity than gaming journalists.
I have a feeling the number of these articles will go up as the hype for this game grows. Bloggers and whorenalists will jump onto the hype train and try making a living with:
- Graphics downgrade
- linearity
- not innovative
- X games is better
Jim Sterling is no better or worse of a face of gamers than the average gamer, but a fool he is not.
Although not his greatest fan, if you have followed this story, you would know the fool is the developer and if you think Jim's a bad look for gamers, the developer here is far worse, not being able to reason, name calling, twisting words and definitions etc
