If Scorpio releases at 400 then maybe in a year or two a 10tflop machine could match the price. However something tell me the Scorpio will be more and thus a more powerful ps5 would be even pricier. Affordable 6tflops is already a no, so 10 the year after at a cheaper price is a hell no.

Well I guess all the people that disagree with you don't realize boost mode only makes games run at their top resolution and frame rate and Scorpio didn't need that because it was already stated to do so. A stupid title to an internal process does not make it magical. Difference is the external is cheaper and usb 3 is faster than sata two. Plus you can just unplug and take elsewhere.

Seems to me the author doesn't understand English well. Apparently alot of people don't. The Scorpio can do native 4k, however it is not required and is completely up to the developer. How hard is that to understand. Same crap as ps4 and x1 but at 4k like RE7 on ps pro or lower than 4k with every other aspect of the game enhanced with stable resolution and frame rate.
