In Rockstar's camp, the only reason that "The Agent" is exclusive to Sony is that $20 million is still owed. $20 million was payed as investment to make "Noir" but it looks like it is going multi-platform meaning that Rockstar got $20 million with nothing to show thus far.
If Rockstar didn't do something about it could've turn into a breach of contract instead of an amended one.

This is a great article and it made me laugh about the Nomura-san predicament. The article didn't even mention that Square Enix got rid of it's internal music department so all those soundtracks you remember are now being outsourced for future games.

I'm actually in the camp of programmers that support of bringing the games to consoles first since piracy is lower than the PC area. If I had my way I would release in the following order PS3, Xbox 360, Wii, PC, DS, than PSP. It is in the order of most pirated console as the latter and the former being the least pirated.
I've always been a lemming for buying collectors editions especially when they are releasing good stuff. My standard bearer has always been Working Designs and their games, if the product beats that you know I'll be getting one.
Ones on my list pending right now is Starcraft II, Peace Walker, and Fallout: New Vegas.

I used the "Other OS" to play Crysis and WoW on my big screen, not that The Old Republic and Crysis 2 is coming I have no need for the Other OS.
