What about games like Fallout where gender can actually play a key role in perks, and dialogue? I love being a female in New Vegas and seducing Benny so you can strangle him after sex. At the same time males have very interesting dialogue with girls. Gender doesn't necessarily "matter" but it can completely change how you play in a game like Fallout.
Yeah the pole that stated that also said most of them were on mobile, or Flash games on the computer. most of them aren't gamers like we are, though we do have an increasing amount of female gamers on console, and other platforms like Steam/Origin. I regularly play Battlefield with a girl, and they're intimidating. I'm no noob when it comes to shooters but most girls that really play games with me can really go to town.
They can keep that, but I'd rather DLC next generation be cheaper next gen. Honestly a map pack isn't near what it's priced, for any game. You're getting screwed in Halo, Battlefield, and every other shooter. Hell most story DLC's aren't worth the price. Now we have season passes that are the original price of all the DLC, while purchasing everyithing singly is more expensive than it's actual price. For those of you saying it sold well, take into account it's development time, and Blizzards increasingly disastrous financial problems. They need money, especially when Diablo 3 was what? 12 years in the making? Now count in people who got discounts, I'm guessing a lot of those were picked up on Steam sales. I'm just saying, they didn't get very far past the profit line as much as you guys think they did.

Or don't get it at all. The version doesn't matter, it was a bad PC game, and a bad RPG. It spat on everything Diablo 2 made great. Save yourself $60, they're just trying to recoup losses after PC gamers abandoned them because of how they were treated.
Well I suppose that's neat, it's free so why complain? Might work pretty well for getting your console around for LAN party's. You know if people still do that, and developers still incorporate it.
Xbox seriously needs to display the number of completed games on the profile card. PlayStation has the Platinum trophy, Microsoft should at least put a number right underneath your tenure of how many games you've played, and how many of them are complete. Gives people like me with OCD a little more satisfaction with my trophies/achievements.

Honestly killing her was a stupid idea, now they're going to have some horrid plot device that magically brings her back. I'm guessing that's what this game is going to be about, Chief getting revenge looking for some Forerunner tech that could bring her back. And if that is the route they take then that is one lazy way to get a sequel going.
That's a lie, they don't, and can't do that. They can't recharge you for something such as a Gold subscription attached to a credit card, and when you want to cancel it they charge you the same amount again. It's a bad game, that's why. It hardly works on console either.
Why the PS4? Of course they want the sales but it's going to sell way better on current gen consoles, and that's just how it is. Next gen machines won't have the install base worth moving launch dates for at least another 3 years. Until then games being released on the X1, 360, PS3, and PS4 will always be selling better on the current gen tech.
