I think having the choice of AA batteries or rechargable batteries is much better than the controller having just rechargable battery that would require you to dissemble the controller to swap out the battery if it craps out.
Microsoft uses Foxconn to manufacturer their stuff as well. Here's to hoping the story of those interns messing with consoles weren't true and it was just a bad batch of components that Sony had received.
Currently, nope. I play on PC and have had numerous crashes. 48 player servers seem to work the best for me, but when there's a lot going on like explosives and whatnot, the game will freeze up and loop the sound. All that ranking up lost if I end program in task manager. It's so damn frustrating when it crashes.
EA needs to pull their head out of their ass and act like they give a damn instead of pushing games out before they're ready.
There's too many issues that are there to even have thought of releasing it with pride of putting DICE on it. The launch of BF4 on PC has been atrocious and had endless crashes and can only assume that the consoles are getting screwed too. There's been a lot of things that shouldn't have been passed through QA but was.
That map pack is the China Rising DLC that will come out in December I believe. It was the free map pack for pre-ordering. The Second Assault are the maps they brought over from BF3 that have been enhanced for BF4 and have the "Levolution" factor added into them.
At least the games have been really solid and haven't turned to crap. I don't know about the one on the Vita since it wasn't developed by Naughty Dog.
It would be an even better game if EA didn't rush it out with it being completely broken on PC with the random crashes, or the lovely crash when the building comes down on the Shanghai map. My buddy got it on PS4 and said he has yet to find a conquest server and had to resort to play TDM.

Well, they'll probably have their own offering, or you can just use a USB 3.0 external hard drive just like you can use any USB thumb drive currently on the 360.
devwan - while yes it is a downer it won't be there at launch, it will get implemented in there shortly after launch. I don't see myself filling up my 500*GB HDD very quickly anyhow, I'm getting about about 2 games at launch that I know of, maybe a 3rd but haven't decided.

1nsomniac - Yeah that's what I was hearing too, I was looking at the Samsung SSD's just for gaming on PC but didn't want to deal with the possible issues though the speed increase would be welcomed. Thanks for the info though!
I have yet to purchase an SSD, I've heard there are issues if you add data and remove data a lot that it may cause issues because the drive only has a certain amount of writes to the memory before it starts to die down. This wouldn't be very ideal considering data would be written and removed a lot, right?
lol it was $600 for a 60GB on the PS3, it's now $399 for a 500GB PS4, that's a much better deal lol. At least they gave the option of plopping your own hard drive in it.
Of the 500GB hard drive, you'd be seeing about 460-465ish of GB left over without the OS. It isn't 92GB of just the OS, all hard drives are like this.
Goldy is pretty awesome actually and was just showing how broken the game is. He just did a 24 hour stream for charity and raised upwards of 10k.
unfortunately, it appears its the same shit spawns that IW has had ever since they became a skeleton crew, AKA "Revenge spawns". You kill an enemy, they spawn close to your proximity for them to get a revenge kill on you possibly. I want to see what they say about their poor spawn system and what they have to say about this video lol.
