Wtf are you talking about, both have exclusives worth playing that aren't on any other systems. Many people are excited about Infamous SS, for example, and that isn't only on PS4.
New store opening sales are always like this. They have some super cheap, limited supply item that will draw in crows on the opening day but only the first 10 customers or so have a chance to buy it. It happens all the time. They're probably only selling 3-5 PS4s at that price.

This game always has English audio in its trailers, makes me think it might release in he east and west simultaneously or at least very close to each other. Even though they haven't bother to announce that it's coming to other territories.

The assumption alone is what allowed MS to get the few titles that it has secured. The PS4 already has way more games, more games coming and more developer support but a few contracts were signed prematurely that tied a few devs in with MS. I bet a lot of them regret those hasty decisions now.

Monster hunter as far as scavenging craft items. Looks really cool though with the MetalSlug, Contra sort of style but the coolest thing was being able to split up which wasn't typical of any of those retro games. Match that with all the weapon and armor upgrading, 100 mission and mixing of local with online co-op and they've got my money already.

Even 1 million would be a lot to set aside for launch alone in a country that size. 1 million is still reasonable though, 5 mil makes no sense whatsoever.
