OMFG, The lighting effects in this game are jaw dropping (understatement). It looks "artsy". The contrast of the colors, the dynamic shadows and overall theme as well.

I have no idea why and I have never seen more than 15 seconds of this show but I hate it with a passion. It's like I hate reality tv already and this show is like the pinnacle of the genre. The worst of the worst some how and I've never seen a single episode. It might just be that it's "The newest" (fake) reality tv show and they just keep coming out :(
Joke or not, comparing this to Final Fantasy is unforgivable.
Their might be coming out later than sonys but the fact that dev kits for it have been out much longer shows real initiative.

I'm fairly certain that Natal will be successful if not only because of the marketing campaign that will come with it. It will be supported, it will be accepted, and those two things alone will make it "successful".
I don't consider it "innovative" AT ALL, but will it flop? I highly doubt it, M$ would really have to "screw the pooch" to mess this one up even though taking the processor out of the camera was a step in "that" direction. :/
It was VERY six axis oriented and I thought it was great for a budget title. The only thing wrong with it was it not having an online multi-player.
The innovative, award winning "Flower" definitely argues against this articles accusation.
Six axis isn't "bad" or a "failure", it just isn't supported well enough or in a way that gamers want. They should have released a lot more casual games with the six axis in mind.

Was already up and running on PS3 hardware? It would've been nice to see the true version of FF13 but apparently a 4-6 disc package is entirely too expensive to manufacture over a 3-4 disc one.
Would be 5 reasons against buying a PS3. If you're a true gamer I doubt you could even come up with 5, it's like a true gamers dream.
As a matter of fact, I have dreamed of it when I got my psp the day after they launched I fantasized about what feature the PS3 would have and how much of an all-inclusive, bells-whistles-and-frills device it would be LOL
how they suggest that there might be ANOTHER price cut to the PS3. That kind of thing is what makes people not buy one because they're waiting for it, even though it's unconfirmed and illogical (this year anyways).

No one really expected the 360 version of FF13 to look crappy anyways. The 360 is "easier to develop for and port to" it's been out longer and is more familiar and SE have made what four games for it already to learn from their past mistakes.
I thought this game was complete already and was only moved from 09 because they didn't want to go head-to-head against MW2.

against the 360 is it's poor reliability record and it's overpricing of odds and ends.
If it wasn't for those things I'm sure I'd be softer towards it. Though Alan Wake, Lost Odessy, and the Last Remnant are the only exclusive that interest me on that platform.

That's Bullsh1t, my "$5" HDMI cable has given zero problems in the two years it's been attached to my PS3 so cut the crap/fud.
What a strange story and OMG, it would suck soooo bad to loose both your HDTV and PS3 (their HDMI ports at least) in one go like that. Now (if the tv and PS3 are still working) he's stuck with component only hookups for HD gaming.
