So from what I'm getting is that Xbox's Cloud can be used as dedicated servers but it can also be used to offload some processing which frees up your console to not be downgraded while playing online.

No, it would've fared better it they had released more exclusive vita titles that were desirable. Coming out before the PS4 is much better, gave people time to buy it as well as promote it to their friends. Having both come out the same year would be a huge bill to swallow at the checkout.
Uh... PS4 games are gonna be like 40+Gbs and they aren't made to work on the PS Vitas processor. Remote Play is just streaming and video display to the vita while your button inputs are being streamed back to the system. You think the Vita is powerful enough to play PS4 games natively?

I know some of us knew this but others were in disbelief. I have no idea why, it was said clearly at the feb 20th conference, at the time I said "This feature alone will sell Vitas." People didn't get it, some didn't believe it and they spread their poor interpretation causing many to believe it was just local. It really annoyed me and I'm glad they've finally cleared it up for those people.

No, it doesn't work like that. The PS4 will be streaming what's shown on screen to the Vita. Vita will have the control and whatever you see on the Vita screen is also what you'll be seeing on the PS4 screen.
They've already stated this. "It won't be just a blank screen saying that remote access is being used, it'll be showing the gameplay that's being streamed to the Vita."

It's about time that they clearly stated this for people. I've been saying it for months and people kept insisting it was only going to work local like network sharing or the Wii-U game pad.
It's called "Remote Play", the name comes from it being similar to "Remote Desktop" which allows you to access your home PC and it's content through the internet.

Sony learned its lesson from the PspGo, that's why Vita came out with both options. PspGo was a test for all digital and they weren't going to make hat mistake again.

They're charging so they can have an online network that's comparable to Xbox Live. There is not real PvP, there's a Dojo that you can use to play versus each other (basically practice) but no real pvp.
FF14 is like this too and that's PS3 players with PC players, PS4 will be included too when it's released.
Sony has no problem with this so I expect a lot of titles to cross-over this way.

Because of the X1 being bundled with Kinect 2.0 this headset will not be included in the box. I can't stand the customer service agent look, always thought people on 360 headsets looked dorky and this one is following that trend.
