All in game using in games assets and this is just an early build. New IPs are exciting and this game looks like an instant winner: graphics, atmosphere, setting, story-driven, action-packed.

That's true, a ton of indie games are currently only slated for release on PC and PS4 (some PS3 as well). Some of them aren't going to the Xbox but it's hard to figure out when a lot of the indies guys are just making the choice as they go. Some are complete against MS for things that happened in the past, some are just really happy with Sony and some just only have the time to do the PS versions at the moment so Sony gets a bit of timed exclusivity.
