The system is pretty much how I imagined it would be, very twitter and facebook like but in a gamer focused environment. Visually it's very nice, clean and simple looking for a in an easy to understand use, and find what you want quickly way.

I don't know where you heard that but you're mistaken. Progressive scan has to do with the method in which the image is created. i = interlaced is an image created by interlacing lines that form to create the image, P = progressive in which the image is created all at once.

Well this claim answers the question of why MS felt it necessary to have "the best upscaler ever created" in the X1. They've known for a long time that their games would be running a native resolution lower than 1080p.
As long as the games are fun that's all that matters but they really need to stop claiming the graphical difference between their and Sonys games to be minor. Proof is everywhere already, as the next few months pass it'll only become more ...

Well yeah, I just call that "lighting", but I agree, the way the light streams through the tree branches and clouds looks exceptional.
All forms of lighting are one of the most noticeable differences between current and next gen games. Textures are a huge deal too but lighting is extremely apparent in how much better it looks.
The sub-surface scattering in skin textures is another thing making all games look better than anything...

3. That video you posted looks no where near as good as Killzone Shadowfall anyway. Look at the river, then look at the river in any killzone video. That crysis mod makes water look like baby oil. Look at the pebbles, then look at the rocks/cliffs/pebbles in any killzone video.

Speaking of PS4, an update on KH3 progress would be nice too.
I was thinking the exact same thing but really it's just a money thing, creating a next gen game is a lot more expensive than making and HD port of a PS2 game. Making KH3 multiplatform gives them a better chance at profiting from the game. The HD PS2 ports are probably profitable before they even reach 100k in sales.
Aside from that maybe Sony owns some portion of the title so it can't go to Xbox or maybe it's because it's more japan focused and Xbox isn't...
I'm not liking your use of the word "literally" but I do agree that PS3 is kicking ass, taking names and then giving those names back to other asses they've kicked previously.
Wii and 360 seem to have fallen off the map as far as being supported by exclusives this many years out while the PS3 is still announcing new games with PS4 getting a substantial list of new games announcements at the same time.
To each his own, I like South Park even though some episodes are annoyingly crude. The game looks like a lot of fun though, that said I'm expecting all reviews to fall between 7-8/10
There are no hints here, only thing they're suggesting is you play with your same profile across the different machines.
PS3 and PS4 do this and it's mostly a co-op setting sort of game so the claim of it being unfair to match controllers vs keyboard and mouse is negated as they aren't opposing each other in most of these games.

We still have to wait and hear about those F2P games like Warframe but chances are they'll be 1080p as well.
The PS4 standard is 1080p while the frame rate will either be 60fps or locked (tight) at 30 fps with no hiccups. Choosing to run 60fps above all else is the only reason any PS4 game might be less than 1080p.

They look good but the initial trailer with Sora running on the wave of Heartless looked better. The textures were different. They looked almost too human though so maybe it was changed to get back to the cartoony look.
That said the fire spell looked really good.
