This is nice, follows the instant gaming theme sony was promoting when they first revealed the PS4. Not having to sit and wait for updates and things like that. Nothing getting in the way of you instantly playing the game you want to play.
I don't think this rumor is true but if the rumor about X1 basically not being able to be 1080p on most games turns out to be true it'll be pretty hard to justify that extra $100 price tag to anyone that doesn't care about kinect. Even more so than it already is.

Maybe it'll have a single player story mode sort of expansion if the online game does good enough.
This player housing thing just screams micro-transactions. It's like PS Home, buy decor and set it up to show it off to your friends. Nothing necessary to the game play I would guess.
Seeing how high quality and modern it looks and knowing that the game itself is free to play means people could treat it just like PS Home so they might actually make decen...

I'd be surprised if either of these rumors were true. Titanfall isn't a graphical showcase to be struggling to hit 1080p. Fun as it may be it just isn't "next gen" in the visual department.

Man this game looks fun as hell, the part where he threw a grenade through the window and blew the guy out the window was cool as f and hopping out of the Titan and having it follow you in an auto pilot type mode was awesome too.
The graphics look like blacks ops 2 but that's not actually a bad thing considering how much more it's doing. Surprised by the March release date, thought this was coming closer to the middle of next year, not the beginning.

Too much time spent in settings if you're gonna tweak every detail like that. The warzones themselves are pretty thorough already. What if people don't notice the tweaks and just hit agree and get screwed over or what if the group can decide on what's fun and what's fair?
