Halo Reach is a better game than Halo 3 but according to metacritic it is 91 vs 94.
Did anybody complain? No. Why? Because everybody except ps3 fans understands that times and standards evolve as the years go. GT3 is at 96, but do you honestly think it is a better game than GT5? Of course not.

Hate to play devil's advocate but it took them 12 months. They say repeatedly that they only started when Sony removed OtherOS. OtherOS is actually the real reason ps3 remained unhacked. Hackers could already tinker with linux all they wanted, they had no reason to hack it
Pretty sure people said the same thing about PSP hack. It changes nothing!! Years later, the PSP has 65 million units sold, impressive yes? No, not when those sales do not translate to software sales. PSP has an attach rate of less than 3 games sold per PSP. It has sold less games than any 7th generation console, it is the only console with less than 200 million software units sold this gen.

As gaming improves, standards get higher. Lost Planet was great back in 06, but have you tried playing that stuff now? It's horrid, trust me, I just got it.
