The DVD playback on the 360 had dredfull picture quality. Granted the quilty does improve somewhat when your using the VGA due to upscaling if you have an HDTV. But then you face another issue when using the VGA cable, you then have washed out colors. I guess i will have to use my PS3 when i buy one or get a stand alone upscaling DVD player, considering i still watch plenty DVD's due to my limited collection of HD-DVD.
If I were you I would be more concerned about Sony's financial condition and not MS. Considering at the moment the PS3 must be a titanic anchor for them financialy. Could you look into that and post an article showing Sony's 2nd fiscal quarter earnings? Im really interested to see how they performed lol.

Why do you come on here with your rediculous BS. I have a 360 and i cant hear it even over my flat panel TV. And we all know flat panel tv sound sucks. I wont even get into hearing it over my surround. You must have the $99 Dolby 5.1 system deal they have going at walmart.
Who the hell complains about the little noise any of these consols make? When your using the damn thing there is sound from the TV or your entertainment system that totally covers up any fan or disc noise that may occur. I will get a PS3 when they have more games come out. There is a bundle available with 3 games and an extra controller right now at gamestop. But its too much money for me right now to justtify buying with the games that come in the bundle.

Nice tv! I just purchased the Samsung LN-S4695D TV and I have to say it absolutly kicks ass playing 360 and watching HD-DVD movies. And I have top agree with you, i would rather be playing on my 46" 1080p tv rather than my 19" computer rig.
I dont really care about the story. But I do enjoy the single player story mode than multiplay in almost all games. I really dont get too much into multiplayer. I find when I want to play online multiplayer FPS there is nothing better than Counter Strike Source on the PC.
