Lots! You cant use U2 as a gauge of online traffic on the PS3, it limits each server to around 1300.
You forgot Halo Bowling
Halo Darts
Halo Billiards .....
I'd agree with you but you know, some of us like to watch movies like "The Big Lebowski" and don't have it on DVD. Plus I can catch up on TV series that I may have missed. May not be the latest seasons, but it's great for catching up. I can run to the local Safeway, pay a dollar and get a new movie so that's covered and cheap.
And for new shows, I can use the PS3 browser to stream. If i want to watch a movie suddenly, I now have a lot more options and instantly. ...
Yet two of the three people on this site bought the PS3 version.
There's only 24 tracks in Forza 3?
Funny, the 360 won according to the site, but 2 of the 3 staff members from the site bought it on PS3 instead of the 360.
But for enough money you can own anything.
Didn't Netflix themselves just outright said that this is just a faster more immediate way of giving this feature to PS3 users. The Xbox had nothing to do with this.
This is how I see it, Netflix wanted to bring this to consoles and being an American company in America, they chose the closest console manufacture. Plus since Netflix uses Silverlight, then they already had some type of relationship with Microsoft, that made the logical choice. Now they know it works they want...
"Everyone wants to tweet, everyone wants to Facebook and I can tell you that we will expand the types of services we offer over time because we think this is just the core element for what the future of entertainment is," said Neil Thompson.
Uhhh, I hate twitter, and cant stand facebook. Thats a helluva assumption he said there.
And that being the future of entertainment, no. Facebook and twitter are being pushed like its the new thing, but they forge...
In the U.S., we're about to get Netflix. Maybe not the same but a decent substitute for Play TV.
It does matter to SCEA. Maybe not so much to SCEE or SCEJ.
They used those to probably test the waters. They must have liked the results cause they are going with this.
These are the reasons companies do Beta tests, to work out these things before release.
...after modifying Ninja Gaiden II's marketing to mirror sigma's release, then they are looking at this. I call this.................Sony envy.
The media want this to fail like the Republicans want Obama to fail.
is exactly the setup I own. I love those machines!!
Rumor: False!!!
There is no way thats going to happen. Sony will see if the market is willing to pay 249 for the unit first before they dare drop the price. If it doesn't sell, then they'll consider it, but there is no way it will happen before launch.
Just fanboy dreams.
Batman usually doesn't fight all the villains at one time, plus not all the villains get along with each other. I find it better the way AA was done. Good job Rocksteady, keep it up, and if you do a sequel, then keep it true to Batman and I'll be happy.
"Going to multiple platforms didn't necessarily affect" "Didn't Necessarily?"
"There's nothing we had to particularly give up or change because of going multiplatform." "Particularly?"
I don't know, kinda iffy language. Sounds like some things were affected, and until release when the consumer will be looking for differences, they will stick to this gun so they won't miss out on sales.
Or they want to make sure th...
They are probably doing it to take the steam out of 360's "exclusive features", sorta like a punch to the gut to Microsoft. And Sony will brag that's it's free and make Microsoft look like jerks for charging for Live.
You know, its probably just a shortcut to the internet browser, thats easy to do, all they have to do is put an icon like they do with the "internet search" icon.
